This LC is the worst!!!! No customer service at all. Took 30 min to find out my pizza hadn’t even been made yet. Girl behind the counter went straight from handling money and adjusting her ear pods to prepping pizza with no gloves. And yes I called her out as I was getting a refund. Bad part is there were probably 10 employees there!!!! It’s not our fault you work there!!!! If you aren’t going to do your job, STAY HOME……

Stood in the lobby waiting for these two teen girls to get their heads together for thirty mins after I received email saying my pizza was ready. Manager finally figured out I was still waiting and showed the two dummies how to get my order together. This is ridiculous. I know millennials are not that bright, but this is beyond dumb. Literally counted 27 orders go out before I was to angry to count anymore. Customer service makes or breaks businesses, that’s the reason the one on Augusta road is gone. Bad customer service all the time. Trainees shouldn’t be on Fridays. And trainer’s shouldn’t have a bad attitude and pick their pimples under their big ole fake eyelashes. Manager needs more quality people instead of friends of employee that are already not good enough to run a drive thru. Last time at this one. Done. Make my kids wait an extra forty mins past the time I should have had pizza in hand and on the road. Digiorno’s next time.

I think this must be a location for training the mentally challenged! We pulled up at our “ready time” and were told it wasn’t ready, ok no problem we’ll pull around and wait…. 15 min later we go back thru and we get it’s not ready yet….? Ask why and we’re told we are waiting on the bread so we ask we’ll about how much longer and the response was idk how ever long it takes for it to come out the oven.

When I go to a little caesers, I usually get 1 of the 2 pizzas, a bacon pizza or a onion and extra cheese, but there is this one that should NOT be a “limited only” item and that is the pretzel crust pizza. That is the best pizza ever. I’m telling you, if it goes away, I’m gonna CRY. Last night I got one realizing that its back, when I opened it the crust didn’t really look like a pretzel but it was still good.

This ia an affordable pizza place that you will not recieve any frills with! Today Mar 5th, I ordered pizza and a dessert from this location! It was ready on time if not early, the pizza looked great. I was missing the desert. I had to ask, amd was handed a cold cellophaned wrapped 4 pc dessert that was in the wrapper they come in. I guess I didnt know what to expect! It wasnt this! Everyone was friendly otherwise and there was plenty of employees to help and keep things moving! Returned and I repeat, there is always plenty of employees at this location.

First off I would like to say I have always enjoyed little Caesars pizza, but this trip has given me reason to NEVER get food from here again. I get home with my pizza take out a slice, take a big bite and start to chew. A few seconds later a very hard crunch. I remove the half eaten bite of pizza to find what looks like a piece of a TOOTH in the mess I remove from my mouth! I don’t have any holes in my teeth, nor do I have any pieces missing BTW. I attempted to call that little Caesars for an hour, each time the phone rang and rang until I get an automated message and it hangs up on me. Mind you it is barely after 4pm in the afternoon. If they refuse to take customer complaints I will just have to send this piece of tooth into a lab, and if it is a piece of tooth I will be starting a lawsuit. What ever this is it is as hard as a diamond.

Imagine the shock I had when I pulled in the drive through and was met with a smiling happy face asking how they could help me, that’s something you don’t see anymore! Got me my food in the time they stated and even suggested some dessert from the menu, Great workers all!

I was told that I couldn’t place an order for pizza and travelers rest because they were too busyand it would take 45 minutes and they already had four people waiting so they didn’t want to get confused with which pizza went to which person but I was offered the pepperoni pizza and cheese bread but another customer didn’t pick up, and he wants to say I got mad and drove off so I decided to call White horse road and place an order.. when I got there they were really busy which is understanding for a Friday night when I finally got my pizza it was old, probably about 3 hours old and was definitely not made to order and then my two orders of crazy bread were burnt. I was starving so I took a bite of the crazy bread and started feeling nauseous. The only reason I’m giving them two stars is for the fact that the lady at the window was semi nice.
