I ordered a stuff crust build your own pizza, and these clowns actually just added veggies and ham on top of a hot n ready. No stuffed crust, no Xtra cheese, toppings was cold, this is unacceptable, Not only will I never go here again if you read this review I suggest you avoid at alll cost, I paid 27 dollars for a hot n ready, they took a short cut to cheat me out of my money.

I usually go through the drive through and it takes for FREAKING EVERRRR!!! Also, the pavement is ATROCIOUS; littered with potholes the size of Jupiter and very difficult to maneuver around. The pizza is good and the workers are nice enough, though.

Pizza was nasty af crust was too thick n hard and made it half done ✅ and plus sauce was nasty..Ask for double slice n didn’t receive n the cook said “that how the pizza cooked” was so disgusted and we waited a hour just for two pizza n wings just to receive nasty pizza . They told me they would cook the pizza over n it came out the same way ughh. .The ac was broken it was soo hot when u walk in the door felt just like the outside..The only thing was ok was the wings. I don’t recommend the pizza they need more training n a new cook period..I never receive pizza like this n Conway Little Caesars or the wait please don’t waste your time me n my kids was so disappointed ☹️ I got pictures to prove

I originally left a 5 star review because one of the employees went above and beyond for me a few months ago; but this is straight up disgusting. I peeled the cheese back on my deep dish and it is ALL. RAW. DOUGH.
Does anyone check these or just send them out? I’m not trying to be a Karen but no one wants a yummy cheese pizza topping, sauce and under it a huge layer of uncooked dough.
They did give me a refund which was good.

Absolutely terrible service. Husband went there after work tonight, after placing a mobile order. He waited for an hour. Asked multiple times what was going on with our food. Was told once at the 20 minute mark that our food was still in the oven. Then at the one hour mark, he was ignored, and other customers were acknowledged over him. I called since he was being ignored. They hung up on me twice, and were extremely rude. They did not give us our food, my husband had to come home empty handed and wasn’t even refunded. The employees were horrible, were not attentive, and were just talking to each other the whole time, not serving the customers like they should, or answering the phones. Last time we ate from here our pizzas were severely overcooked. I don’t think we will be back. This was the absolute worst service we’ve ever received.

Anyone going to order pizza at the little Caesars in Marion SCthink twice.! I ordered online order placed at 3:39pm. Went into oven according to app at 3:58 pm. Pick up time was 4:11. Went to the store at 4:15. Did not leave store til 5pm. What’s the point of online ordering to avoid the wait and then have to wait in the store 45mins because they don’t know what happened to your order. The employees are not wearing any gloves while handling and preparing our food. The man that was working was also wearing a sleeveless shirt his armpit hair hanging out. . I worked in the food industry and I know that is a big NO! And especially this day where every time you turn around something is being contaminated!!!! Then when you try to call the customer service line you can’t get anyone at all….. So I’m posting here for all to see!!!!

Still still here waiting on my food. Which was ready for me, I had ordered online. The drive thru window was open. Neither one of the workers even acknowledged the fact that I had pulled up. Instead they continued arguing about change. One lady finally walked over said yes ma’am not even how can I help you. I said I’ve already paid I ordered online she said Good you can wait right here close the window and here we wait. Probably need to steer clear of this place the help is very rude and inconsistent
