Good deals, however, the service is very slow and I wouldn’t mind slow service as much, if they at least acknowledge you and say, be with you soon. They weren’t busy at all. No customers at the time. This has happened twice. The pizza is just okay. But cheap when you have to budget and are hungry.

I had originally placed an online order for my daughter’s upcoming birthday party, however I had to end up canceling the order. I called to cancel and the guy told me to come by and get a receipt just in case the money doesn’t go back on the card. Okay fair enough. I stopped by Thursday, Feb 19 after six o’clock to get a copy. What I witness literally turned my stomach. So, this man upfront on the register doesn’t have any gloves on. He tells another employee to come upfront. He steps to the back and starts cutting pizza without gloves and never washes his hands from handling money and touching the register. He is in customer’s view. You cannot miss him. That employee has gloves on and starts handling money and touching the register with the same gloves that he had on from the back handling pizzas. NEVER took them off. There was another employee in the back NO gloves on and was putting pepperoni’s on a pizza. The place is nasty when you walk in. I will not be back!!

This is the second time I’ve tried to use this establishment. Both times I called three or four days in advance with a large order for a birthday party. Both times I arrived And they did not have any knowledge of an order, even though I had confirmation number. The first time the location told me I should go elsewhere that they didn’t have time to make the pizzas that it would be seven hours later before I could get them. This place should be shut down. The customer service is absolutely horrible.

If it wasn’t for the Hot and Ready pizza, I probably wouldn’t even buy from here. There is only one person working constantly and she’s making the pizzas. Everyone else is doing their own thing. There is no order for those walking in. The last person in is usually helped first and those waiting are still having to wait to be helped.

The crazy bread was 2 halves of round dough. Didn’t bother to cut it or put any cheese on it. The classic cheese pizza had weird think crust and was cut crazy unevenly. The deep dish pepperoni was the absolute worst. The entire thing seemed undercooked. The crust was thin and fell off the pizza. Entire pieces fell into chunks. I fed most of it to my dogs.

Place still has great food for the price, but the wait has become pretty terrible.
Think tonight I placed an online order 25 minutes or so before I arrived, only to find out my Pizza hadn’t hit the oven yet in the app.
All and all it was around a 50 minute wait in store (not counting the online leeway). A lot of customers left when realizing the time frame, but I was already -$6, so it was knee deep for me.
Good food though.

Worsted service I have ever had! Nothing is ever ready and staff does not fill orders in the order in which they are placed. Every time I visit this restaurant I have to wait 20+ minutes for pizza that is advertised “hot & ready”.

The last couple times I’ve come here, I ordered way in advance and showed up at least 15 minutes after they’re supposed to have it ready. I have to wait for them to make it. The online tracking is never updated. See photo for a straight up lie. Update. Tried again and only gotten worse. The last 5 times I’ve gone, I’ve had to wait 25+ minutes for a pre-ordered pizza, or just left without getting abutting anything.
