Placed an order for a pizza which was supposed to be to be in the portal, got there and waited 15 mins just to be told it got lost. They said it would be ready 4 mins later but I’ve been here for 30 mins now…I just moved into a new place so I’m just trying to get something cheap and fast, I’ve worked at pizza shops including lil Caesar’s I know how long it takes to make my stuff. Yet when I placed my order we were given a time to pick it up and the food was under cooked and all they gave us was bread for waiting 30 mins which was undercooked and not very warm itself…

Put the online pickup order in at 7:05 decided to wait a little bit since we usually have to wait inside a little bit. Attempted to follow the track your order screen and an hour went by and it never said it was ready. Went to the store and waited another 30 minutes for our pizza after they said only 3-4 minutes. We did get our whole order but the pizza wasn’t warm. And the store never offered anything for us having to wait so long.

Horrible Pizza. I was shocked and sickened when I opened the box to feed my family and there was the pizza. Overcooked and sitting in grease. So much so it couldn’t be picked up. To make it even worse was when I noticed the box! It was so wet in grease that it had leaked onto my countertop. A reasonable pizza yes, ready as promised, yes… Eatable No!

I ordered online and when picking up my food, realized they gave me the wrong pizza. We ordered a pretzel crust but were given the regular one. After telling them, they insisted it was a pretzel crust and that it was just missing the salt, telling me they can get some salt for me… I asked them to remake it and they told me they could not because it already was the pizza I ordered. After this they told me they did not have the butter to make it a pretzel crust. I didn’t want the pizza but they refused to take it back. On top of this, after asking for the Krazy sauce for my Italian cheese sticks, they gave me a container of red pizza sauce and the cheese sticks were chewy and old tasting. I left upset and my husband returned after calling the store to let them know he was coming back for a refund. They refused to give him a refund because there was no manager on duty to authorize it. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had in a business. My husband asked for them to call the manager to which they refused and said he would be in on Monday (3 days later). To anyone reading this, I highly recommend going to the location at the other end of palmetto st, their food and service are both far superior.

Just go somewhere else. the CICI’s at the old Florence mall is better than this and we all know how bad the CICI’s is. I think it is an upper management issue. The staff are all children that cant even cut a pizza all the way through let alone actually have an order processed on time. Imagine having to take a knife and re-cut your pizza after ripping a piece in half. I hardly ever recieve my order through the (waste of money) “Pizza Portal” because they are so slow and incompetent. The App says the store is closed all day on Tuesday and wont let you order, but Google maps shows it open normal hours. The phone number goes to a robot and eventually to some call center in Bankok if you holler enough. I would assume this location is a candidate for closure.

Kids made the Honor Roll so I told them it’s gonna be a pizza treat meal. Purchased the ultimate supreme, Italian cheese bread, and bbq wings. Omg everything was great BUT the Italian cheese bread was old and hard as a rock. Please Little Caesar’s don’t sell the old stuff to break teeth, throw it out.

This was absolutely terrible. The pizza was half done and it had so much sauce the cheese wouldn’t stay on it. There tleman at the front was nice enough, but you could tell he would rather not be there. If you don’t want to go to work and do your best, please just stay home. You are doing your brand a great disservice.

I only saw one person wearing a hat. No one was wearing hairnets. Many of them have long hair. Hairnets are basic hygiene when working in food service. Will not go to this location again.
