(21 February) I placed an order online for delivery. (This is not the drivers fault). The pizza arrived and when it arrived it was not even close to the order. The driver said they must of messed up the order which seemed like a major mess up since I only ordered 1 pizza and two showed up along with bread sticks, sauce, and cheese bread sticks. Since it was so late I took the order since I had not eaten all day and there would be no way to fix it at night. I brought the pizza in opened it up and both pizzas were dry as a bone. I looked a the receipt and it just said Kevin with no last name or last initial. Weird how they would not require a last name since Kevin is a pretty common name. When I looked around the receipt I then saw the red flag. The pizza order was from 3:57 pm. First of all why are pizzas sitting around that long and my pizza box seals on them. As u started getting really upset realize I will have nothing to eat that night I called and spoke to the restaurant. I wasn’t offered a full refund instead I was told I could DRIVE THERE when I not only paid a delivery charge I also tipped the driver. The next day I was so mad still I didn’t even bother to go there at one and get a new order. What I don’t understand is why I paid $28.77 for one pizza and a snack, delivery and tip. How is driving to the restaurant the next day recoup my delivery charges. I didn’t want that pizza the next day so basically my money was with held and I am sure it’s so someone didn’t have to explained why an order from 3:57 pm had been sitting outside so long. Also I was told that the delivery orders should be sealed which did not happen AGAIN last night when I ordered a cheese stuffed pizza and two dipping sauces for delivery. When the pizza arrived there was no dipping sauce LIKE I PAID FOR. And they were not sealed. Since no one must of checked the order I am out two dipping sauces so basically within a week I was hosed out of $31 and some change between two orders. No wonder why your rating is a 3.8. They can’t seem to get their orders straight and the customer who paid for delivery has to suck up those fees so I can drive to the store I ordered from the night before. How rude and lazy is it not to compensate the full amount. Before I wasn’t going to write any review but it’s obvious that it’s more about making a profit and less about the customers. I know this review will just end up like all the rest and be ignored like all the other comments. I will no longer be a customer of this or any Little Cesar. Missing the sauces I have paid for has been forgotten several times in the past. I am DONE WITH CRAPPY SERVICE. We all know they will keep turning a blind eye to customer service.
I grabbed a Hot-N-Ready pepperoni and some crazy bread. The pizza was hot and tasted fine — good amount of cheese and sauce — just pretty basic. It’s the kind of pizza you get when you want something quick and cheap, not necessarily something amazing. The crazy bread was honestly the best part, soft and buttery with plenty of seasoning.
Service was quick, which I expected, but it also felt a little rushed and not very personal. Not rude at all, just very “grab your order and go.” The store looked clean enough and the process was easy.
Overall, it’s exactly what I think of when I think Little Caesars — affordable, fast, and decent. Not somewhere I’m going for a great pizza night, but it gets the job done when I need something quick without spending much.
This location does not reflect the fast and convenient service Little Caesars is known for. Instead, it came across as careless and unprofessional. Customers deserve better than to feel ignored while staff stand by doing nothing.
If you’re looking for quick service and respect for your time, I recommend avoiding this location and taking your business elsewhere.
