Me and my family order pizza here once a week. It’s convenient and the pizza is good and affordable. The staff are always friendly! However we always have to wait at least 10-15 minutes which isn’t always a big deal really but why do they call it hot and ready when they never have pizzas ready. Just curious…..::

I ordered a thin crust beef pizza, with light sauce. The first two pieces, I tasted, was delicious and my buddy, said the same thing. The other two pieces, mainly pork sausage and a few pieces of ham , blended with the beef, to mask it. I swallowed at least to pieces, and I realized, that it was pork. I couldn’t consume any more of the meat. I picked it off and ate the cheese and crust. This has happened in the past throughout the years. I woke up with a headache, which I rarely have. I like getting what I pay for, not something, you blend together. I don’t eat pork, nor did I order pork. 6/23/25

Called to place an order at 9:30 and they told me to hold then hung up on me. Called back and they told me to hold again and just sat the phone down. Now I have been listening to them in the store for 16 minutes wgile we drove to the little ceasers and my husband had to go in and order. They still not have picked up the phone and I am still on it.

So I chose to stop by, and pickup a pizza. Because as the commercial states their Hot N Ready pizza is supposed to be just that READY! I walked in, and was never spoken to. I stood there while the guy handed out everyone’s food that was already in there. He looks at me, and says “I’ll be with you in just a minute”. Then the phone rang, and of course he answered to take their order. So as soon as he hung up after (20-25 minutes)
I said I would like a Hot N Ready pepperoni pizza please. Would you believe he had the nerve to tell me it would be 25 more minutes that they just received an order for 15 pizzas, and I had to wait. I was furious!! He definitely needs to take a customer service class, or something.

Shift leader Jenni and her associate didn’t handle their mistake correctly. I ordered a pizza it was made wrong they told me to keep the pizza they messed up and they would remake . I waited outside for 15 minutes just to be told to bring the original pizza back in and that they never put my order back in the oven . Atleast they were nice enough to process my refund .
