Guy at the window was super nice & made sure I had napkins ect but the pizza was trash, I called in a cheese pizza with extra sauce & there was no sauce at all, just thick crust & kinda burnt looking cheese. Didn’t have time to go back once I got home, definitely won’t be back!

Ordered extra most bestest Pepperoni pizza and was given regular Pepperoni pizza. I just wanted what I paid for. The assistant manager William was SUPER rude and basically told me nothing he could do. As rude as he was, its a shame they let him work there. Wont be back at that location ever.

I order one of each of the pizza cups, asked for them to be fresh they was not!! I stay 15mins from the location and knew that which is why i called and requested they be made fresh!! The gentleman said they would be… however when i got there not only was they not fresh the cheese on the inside wasn’t melted and when i mentioned it the rude lady manger said “that’s how they are what do i want them burnt” no i want them done the cheese should be melted as it was when i went to the reidville rd location!! I then asked for a refund and that’s when things went left both of the female managers was rude words was exchanged and I’m not even sure they actually refunded me but i will see in a few days..

Pulled up at the drive through got greeted asked about promos said they only had them online and could only use them on online orders. Girl was rude, Proceeded to order the regular cheese pizza, garlic bread and soda promo deal. Pulled back around she asked my name told her she said it would be about ten minutes. Waited about five when and older woman came to the window and told us to pull around and get a pager, they didn’t like people waiting in the window so we did. Came back after about 15 food seemed good but the attitude from the first girl set the whole customer service off bad. I’ve worked food industry for 10 years I get not having the best day but coke on it’s your job act better.

The employees are lazy and are in no hurry to serve anyone. I pulled up to the drive through and the girl looking at her cell phone decided to graciously come to the window. I ordered a hot and ready pepperoni at 5:19 pm and she tells me they only have 2 cheese and pepperoni will be a 10 minute wait. Seriously?! It’s around dinner time people! Why are the employees not making sure the hot and readies are stocked?? It’s called losing money every time you don’t have what the customer wants. Customer service is a thing of the past as well as fast and friendly service. This is all besides the fact that they have now changed their crust and sauce to save money. It’s like a store bought pizza now. I don’t go there anymore and the word is getting around. Straighten up Caesar! My money is going elsewhere.

I have ordered the same pizza at least 2 dozen times over the past 2 years – a thin crust three meat with extra sauce. Tonight the new manager says that would be a custom pizza and would cost more. I told her I ordered it that way all the time. She acted as though she did not believe me. I have even ordered it this way online with no extra charge for extra sauce. Not happy.

Called in a Pepperoni pizza with garlic butter and Parmesan. I got a regular pepperoni pizza didn’t complain ask for the stuff and just did it myself then i get back to work I see hair in it couldn’t take it back because of work. Also not the first time they messed up my order I would be better off just getting a hot a ready then ask them for the stuff instead of wasting time calling it in.
