Got text Pizza ready and to see cashier for the Pizza that should been in Portal . The young gentleman said I need to see the cashier for my order. While waiting and being ignored for 5 minutes a lady walks in , cashier comes to the register and takes her order . While finishing up with the customer my order is being placed in the portal . Again not a word from employees . Poor customer service all they had to do is let me know pizza is talking longer called communication. Not like the store was full with customers. Pizza was a little dry but not bad . But unfortunately this all ain’t worse the long wait for sure .

A great Little Caesar’s! I called ahead and placed an order, and arrived a few minutes later to seamlessly pick it up. I was pleasantly surprised at the ease, efficiency, and customer service.

I am beyond annoyed I got a stuff crust cheese pizza I asked for extra garlic parmesan butter and paid for the extra when I received my order I went home and saw that there was no garlic parmesan butter at all and the pizza was cold as well I am very disappointed and will be calling in the morning and asking for a refund for the item I didn’t receive on my pizza and I will not be ordering from here again I normally don’t order for this location but never again will I order from here and the staff all looked really annoyed and rude when I enter the building not one person said anything I told them I was picking up an order and the guy said ok and then couldn’t even find my order and finally found it in the back just overall wasn’t impressed if I was you guys I would order from a different little Caesar’s the stuff look like they didn’t care

Using the online order process definitely makes it easier. Saturday’s can be crowded, as you may expect since it’s the weekend. I ordered my food about an hour and half before arrival. When I arrived to pick up my pies they were hot and fresh. In fact, they were so good they didn’t make it home. We ate both pies on the drive.

I love Little Caesars Pizza. It’s my go to pizza place. But this is experience was just sad. I show up and ask if something I want was hot&ready which they told me no. That’s fine, so I decided to just get a regular pizza. Guy at the counter rings me up and as I’m waiting he tells me that’ll it’ll be 6 mins before my pizza a pizza was ready. If I was told that (which they usually do) I would have just got a custom made item or the item I originally wanted if I was gonna have to wait. So I wait the 6 mins and the guy opens up the door for another customer with 4 Pepperoni pizzas that have been sitting there. I never saw anyone load any pizzas during my wait. Then as he gets the first pizza for the other customer, the pizza below it falls out sideways. It doesn’t land on the floor, but it’s still sitting there sideways. He then grabs that pizza and hands it to me and walks away. I opened it to find it atrocious and waited to get one of the last two pizzas still in the box. I waited about a minute but he didn’t even acknowledge me or what he just did. So I just decided to leave. It wasn’t destroyed and im still gonna eat it but this just feels like negligence. Again I love little Caesars pizza but won’t be coming back to this location again.

I only order the Extra Most Bestest Pepperoni pizza so I ordered one a few minutes ago, check it and it’s a regular pepperoni pizza with no extras. I tell the manager and she pulls out a regular pepperoni pizza that looks exactly like mine with no extras and says “this is a regular pepperoni, yours has way more.” She said the extra most bestest gets 54 pepperonis. I was hungry and didn’t feel like arguing so I just go home and count them. There was only 37, just like I thought. I even counted the ones missing from the picture too. This will be my last time eating from this store.

I had started out at a different store across town trying to get my gift card I won a work to run i called up this store and was told come on down I got you ill get your gift card to work and he did this man got my card to work and got my pizza ready in a timely manner unlike the other location

Usually the pizza @ this branch location is legit. But I think they were running behind and gave me a pizza that was supposed to be something else. It’s ok if I would have to wait but just make them like you always do. Don’t do that. You know that didn’t look right.

Ordered delivery online and never got my food. Delivery was through Door dash, so I contacted them, was told to contact store, couldn’t get a hold of them on the phone so I drove over. Was ignored for at least 5 minutes then was unable to get a straight answer about how a Dasher could pick up the wrong order. Told to contact Door dash as it was not their problem. Didn’t offer solutions. Fortunately was able to get a refund through Little Caesars corporate delivery hotline.
