The first red flag should’ve been when I pulled up to the window and I was just stared at. I was picking up an order and they gave it to me. Wasn’t shown the pizza and the lid was open so I thought it was odd. I got home and was met with whatever this is. I get it’s quick whatever pizza but respectfully and nicely what in all that is holy is this. It’s also cold to the touch and I’m 7 minutes away.

Good help is hard to find but that is not the customer service you should want for your customers! The young lady at the window is not professional at all, she does not greet the customer or acknowledge anything the customer says. You say thank you, she ignores you and says nothing. I consistently get food there and each time I am left with that poor experience.

I don’t go to little Caesar’s expecting 5 star service but I except human decency. This girl who was working this night was the rudest person I’ve ever been met with at this location and I hope she gets over whatever the hell she’s going through. I know this location obviously doesn’t care about its quality of service because of other similar reviews. When I pulled up I just got stared at, no greeting, not even asking what I wanted. my card wasn’t given back to me either I had to ask for it, which would’ve been fine if this lady wasn’t so rude. The other fast food around this area has wonderful service so that’s where you should go instead.

I haven’t ordered here in a few years but since they changed all the workers I thought to try them out again . Feb 2 I did an online ordered for a large classic Italian sausage pizza with a Pepsi . When I arrived they had no Pepsi, but it wasn’t a big deal because she let me get any soda that I wanted and the pizza looked amazing and taste great ! Today feb 9th I ordered the same thing just without the soda when I arrived, the sausage was not sausage. I stared at the pizza for a while, unsure of what to do. She asked me what was wrong. I told her that this does not look like sausage, and she began to say that this was the new sausage that they had. I chanced it, took it home to the family. Nobody liked the pizza and I had a few complaints that it was uncooked. I have a one year-old baby boy he eats everything. He didn’t even eat the sausage he picked them off and gave them to me. I think the customer should know when they get new items into the store or when you run out of something and you don’t have it the customer should know that ahead of time Today was not a good experience.. I think the staffing in there is doing an amazing job. They are way better than the last crew a few years ago.

I ordered the three meat, and the 8 piece barbecue wings at the drive thru. The pizza was good, along with the crust being hot, and crispy! The wings were very flavorful.
The service was quick, and very friendly at the drive thru.

It’s a very busy location, barley ever have the hot and ready pizzas they’re famously known for, almost always at minimum of 15 minute wait for the pizza you order, no matter what kind. The pizza this time round defiantly felt off compared to how it usually was, to much sauce and kinda made it taste like a school cafeterias pizzas.

Definitely fine for what it is. I am not a fan of these pizzas personally, but needed inexpensive pizza to feed several kids and this checked all the boxes. The staff was particularly friendly and helpful the day I was there.

This store is not well staffed. The supervisor was very upset with the front operation associate. The associate may or may not have made mistakes resulting in consecutive refunds. However, never chastise an adult in front of customers; has she gone mad! Appears that the refunds were due to the long wait time because this store previously received a large order that was difficult to fulfill. Either way, the management method that the supervisor is implementing will make it difficult, if not impossible, to keep staff in this store or keep the current team motivated. Had I been an employee and the management spoken to me in that same demeaning manner, I would have walked “the hockey sticks” out. On the bright side, excellent thin crust vegetarian pizza! The front operations associated displayed remarkable patience while under intense pressure. Waiting area full, delivery drivers waiting, telephone ringing, and a steady stream of cars coming to the drive thru window. Pizza ER; next reality show, maybe? That front associate was awesome! Kudos!!! You can teach someone how to make a pizza; however, it is difficult to teach someone how to handle valuable repeat customers while under stress. This employee should be immediately trained and placed in a management position!

So it is pretty much a hit and miss with this location. I always order the 3 meat treat between 11am and 3pm because they have to make it fresh on the spot. I would rather wait 10 minutes for a hot and fresh pizza versus their ready pizzas.

I ordered a half pepperoni, half mushroom pizza through the app, but they gave me a mushroom only pizza. I noticed it when I got home and called to get a refund, but they told me the only way I could do that would be to bring the pizza back to the store.
If I’d ordered on doordash and this happened, I would’ve been able to get a refund instantly through the app.
