The speed of service definitely needs improvement. Customer service was okay, but I waited over an hour for two large pepperoni pizzas that were ordered in advance. This is my third experience here with a long wait time, even when the location wasn’t busy — there were only two cars in the drive-thru. I was told multiple times “it’s in the oven” and “it’ll be about 10 more minutes,” but the wait kept getting extended. Overall, very frustrating and disappointing. Manager says from the back I will not be giving out any refunds.

So, much for “hot n ready”. They had nothing ready and was told it would take over 30 minutes to get a pepperoni pizza. It look like one guy was making pizza with two other people not doing anything. When I got it about 50 minutes later, there was maybe half the pepperoni that is shown in the picture. I couldn’t ask for another one because there were no others.

Normally pretty good but saturday 12/20 @5:00…. worst pizza i have had in a long time. Ordered ahead, showed up a couple minutes early to get my pizza out of the portal, and it was already cold. Cup of pizza sauce, still frozen. Breadsticks, either they used like a smaller dough or they didnt rise at all. Very disappointed. Next time I’ll just make a sandwhich.

Placed an online order for delivery. Doordasher had to wait 50 minutes and once delivered within 7 minutes, it was cold. I called the store and was told that because they make the pizza from scratch, that it can take over an hour to get a pizza. Well, we all know that’s not true. People canceled their orders and got refunds due to long wait. This location has gone to the gutters with customer service and quality of the food. I mean come on its PIZZA.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU GO HERE!!!!!So I’m just going to say Idc how busy a place is there’s no excuse for being dirty. Soon as you walk in it’s just dirty. Then on top of that I placed an order and dude in the back flattening the dough reached his hands in a trash can 6 or 7 times to pick out good food that was thrown away with his bare hands and continued to touch the dough without washing his hands. CERTAIN PLACES I WON’T GO INTO SPECIFICS BUT CERTAIN PLACES WITH CERTAIN PEOPLE ALWAYS LACK COMMON SENSE AND CLEANLINESS. living in Columbia from pa was a huge culture shock. People do not care about customer service anymore especially here in Columbia

I See why they only got a 3.8 stars! First time ordering on line i wanted to try the little cheesesteak bite, big mistake nothing but bread n cheese maybe 2 tiny thin pieces of steak, people dont waste your money on these doesn’t matter that they’re only 3.99 , Jackie did make me some more but they didn’t have much steak in it neither, the large pepperoni pizza was cold! I guess my daughter didn’t check the food before she left! No more ordering on line! Its best to go inside the store to get your yo make sure its hot n fresh

As I walked in the girl at the front counter was very rude and had an attitude, bad customer service being nasty with customers for two came back out waited 10 minutes. Come back in to see if my order was ready u have a worker on in tha back making pizza without glove on all on his phone all in his pockets, going back, making pizza without washing his hands. I was not the only person that seen it so yes, I asked for a refund because I’m a manager myself and that’s unsanitized. You don’t touch your phone and touching all over your clothes and going back making pizza, touching the pizza dough and the cheese that’s very nasty I would never order a pizza or get anything from Decker Little Caesars. Y’all are very nasty and Unsanitized

If you want to call this a “”Half Pizza””. Customer service is horrible. Came in and waited at least 10 minutes before being waited on. And my order was a call in, and my order still was not ready. Waited an additional 15 at least because I really don’t think they made the pizza at all. This picture speaks for its self.

Gave me a piece of dough with burnt cheese on top…. And had the nerve to have an attitude like I made the pizza… while waiting for them to fix it, another lady brought back a 3meat treat that looked the same as mine… a bunch of kids working with no manager in sight and if there was one on duty they should be fired… then someone in the back tried to get smart hollering out “I’ll eat it” reference to the lady’s botched pizza… I just don’t understand how they think that’s ok… finally after waiting forever I just told them to give me a pepperoni pizza if it looked better. This location often sucks but it’s never sucked this bad… Shoulda just went to Pizza Hut like I started to smh…

I myself have never had a bad experience here. I stay in West Columbia but always get my kids a pizza from here before we leave the area. It’s always fresh, hot, and the employees are nice. I always stop here when I am in the area bc the one by my house is not that good.
