I purchased a meal deal through the Little Caesars Fundraising link and was unable to make any order substitutions online. Consequently, I was required to visit the restaurant to complete the substitutions. DJ was exceptional in ensuring that my order was accurately processed, and he maintained a positive attitude throughout the entire process.

Waited 10 minutes and it was like waiting for a masterpiece. Italian Cheese Bread for $6—not a single square without cheese. The crust was light and crunchy, the inside warm, soft, and cooked perfectly. My husband ran in to grab it for me (pregnancy craving emergency) and when he came out with this treasure, I could’ve cried. But the real MVP? Rachael. She cooked it to perfection, handed over this cheesy glory, and in that moment—Rachael, you were my hero.

I have never had a negative experience at this location. Ordered crazy stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and the Twix brownie and except that I had to ask for my brownie the pizza is great. No bare slices, seasoned great. I will go back!

Thin crust pepperoni with or without sausage with light cheese is my go-to whenever I order from lil ceasar. Must eat while hot. I enjoy the wings as well, even though they are a small portion for the price. Staff is always friendly whenever I visit.

Warning! Do not eat here! We gave them 3 chances. The first two times we only ordered a cheese pizza and they gave it away both times. The cashier actually laughed about it on one occasion and both times my husband had to wait 45 minutes for a new one. Today we ordered a pizza with toppings on half so they couldn’t give it away. However, the crust was so thin on most of the pizza that we had to scrape it off the box and one piece was not edible. It was not a thin crust pizza either. At this point it feels like they are messing up on purpose.

It is my personal experience that “Hot and Ready” is rarely accurate. Had to wait 30 minutes for a very simple order. While I was waiting, the exact pizza I had ordered was placed in the hot and ready oven and another customer came in, asked for one, got that one and left…all while I was still waiting for mine. A simple solution is to just drop the “hot and ready” promise – it sounds good in theory, but just ends up frustrating customers. As far as the pizza goes, it was Little Caesars pizza. Order ahead of time (they have a cool system for that) or be prepared for a long wait.

I ordered a thin crust 3 meats pizza with an order of cheese sticks! I had no idea the cheese stick did not come with a marinara sauce! I bought the marinara sauce and low and behold it has mold!! Wedgefield Little Caesars will never get my money!!! Then the cashier I’m assuming is the manager catches an attitude!! Never in a million years Ive been disrespected by a cashier then I call to tell her the outcome of buying old marinara sauce and she hangs up on me!! No charge should have been charged for something that should be free!!! I will be speaking with her head manager in charge over her! VERY RUDE IMPOLITE AND DISRESPECTFUL!! HOW COULD YOU EVEN GET A JOB LIKE THAT THERE!!

Ordered online at 4:51 pm. I did arrive late, around 5:45 pm. I had to wait a line where I had to stand in the corner between the drink machines and the glass wall. When I finally got to the register they informed me that my order was never given to the kitchen. I asked if I was going to have to wait again, behind the other six people who were in front of me and she said yes. She went to the back and the another person came out and said that my order was ready. She gave me my order and I went to the car. I ordered 5 slice-n-sticks, a pan pizza, and a crazy bread. When I went to open my food, one of the slice-n-sticks, the pan pizza, and the crazy bread looked good. When I opened my other four slice-n-sticks, they were burnt to a crisp and I took them back inside. I know that I was late picking them up , but that has nothing to do with why they were overcooked and hard as a rock. It was just sitting there. The people inside of Little Caesar’s told me there wasn’t anything to they could do and that it was my fault that the pizza looked like that. When I asked for the manager, they said they couldn’t find her.

I hope they can help supply this store and workers with more cleaning supplies and new ovens. They need them to not only make their job easier but also help them have a safer cleaner work environment. Extra few dollar raise as well! ☃️They were well mannered and customer service was great. The only thing I don’t like about Little Caesars as a whole is they do not have their own delivery drivers now. So when something is missing, you have to drive to the store to get it and/or fight when doordash for refund and/compensation.
I didn’t remove any stars because it is not the stores fault. Everytime we get our food from this store it’s hot, appearance is pleasing, and customer service is always nice. Thank you.
