Horrible service.. I will not be coming back here anymore. I order a Detroit deep dish pizza and this was not it. I took it back to show them it wasn’t what I order and they told me it was a deep dish.. and it wasn’t my first time ordering a Detroit deep dish from there..smdh and this is how it should look like in the picture on the right. And I had to put it in my oven because it didn’t even look cook all the way. Smdh look at the breadsticks… back to Pizza Hut

I have been a consistent customer for this location for years. My last visit left me wanting to never come back! I ordered 2 hot n ready pizzas through the app and I was given a 20min. estimate for the order to be ready so I come to pick them up at that time frame then they tell me it’s going to be 5min. longer. I proceed to wait 30min total and finally go into the store and they tell me that they had just put the pizzas in the oven when according to the app they had been put in there 30min ago! I go to cancel the order because that is just ridiculous you tell me 5min. my pizzas will be done I wait 30min. and you haven’t even made or cooked them it’s unprofessional! The manager then comes forward and instead of just refunding my money so I can leave she proceeds to tell me to calm down when I have been patient and respectful through this whole ridiculous situation. Then begins to lecture me about how there short staffed and there ready to go pizzas are empty. Sorry you’re having a bad day but taking your frustration out on a customer then telling them to calm down is the wrong move! The only reason they get 2 stars is because the young man working in the front apologized for the inconvenience and comped me free brownies.

The service here sucks so much the guy at the window was very rude and it took almost an hour to get two pizzas after we already ordered online at 5:37pm didn’t get our pizza until 6:33pm after the app already said it was ready at 5:54pm so unbelievably frustrating. My wife and I went to pick up pizza here for dinner. It was complete trash. The pizza was soggy and just gross. I called more than 5 times and no one answered. Waste of money. Lost a customer.

Gluten free pizza is always BURNT and DRY, absolutely a waste of money. So frustrating because it’s just a matter of not cooking it as long and I have asked them to do this and they claim they cannot change the cook time despite that the gluten free crust comes pre-cooked, so obviously when you cook it again it turns into a hockey puck.

A total waste of time and money. At this point, I’m convinced the employees are purposely cutting the pizzas incorrectly. A pizza is supposed to have 8 equal or semi equal slices, the last 3 times we purchased pizzas from this location, each pizza has been cut like a toddler did it. I mean one slice cut the size of that would equal 2 slices. Slices the size of a triangular door stop, and not even cut through completely. I’ll continue to take photos, and send them to corporate, and let them see just how lazy these employees are

we had a last minute change of plans for our daughters party and needed food ASAP, I called to see if they were able to make the shape of a bell on the pepperoni pizza and was told they could try, awesome. When we got the pizzas I couldn’t have been happier!!!! They turned the whole pizza into a bell and it was perfect for our Polar Express party, whoever did this for my daughter and her friends, THANK YOU!!!!

Went by today after 4 p.m. & waited for about 25 minutes in drive thru just for a pepperoni pizza & cheese bread. Nothing special! Was told it will be ten minutes & go through drive thru again after cars behind me & it should be ready then. It wasn’t! Waited about ten more minutes. Girl working window seemed to be working solo up front & window. Apparently they need to hire more help! That was ridiculous & horrible service.

This location used to be a lot better than it has been the last handful of weeks, but there also seems to be a lot of new people working here. The wait times are a lot longer than they should be considering the whole “hot and ready” thing, and the food they’re putting out has been really, really unimpressive compared to the previous times I’ve been to this location. Italian cheese bread used to be super cheesy with the crispiest, cheesiest edges…but recently I’ve been getting about half the amount of cheese and it doesn’t reach the edges of the bread. It’s a bummer since that is the entire reason I *love* their Italian cheese bread compared to Dominos/Papa Johns/Pizza Hut’s cheese bread options. However, the staff at this location has always been nice to me, I’ve never gotten a bad attitude or hung up on. They look understaffed (and like they’re struggling to retain staff) and exhausted, but I try to be understanding of their predicament and I feel like they reciprocate the courtesy to me. Hopefully they’re just working out some staffing/quality issues right now and things pick back up again.
