We had a birthday party for my nephew and needed something everyone would like but still a variety….. If your planning a party or just feeding a lot of people Little Caesars is where I would recommend going to. Even thou it was 21 pizzas and 7 crazy breads, when we picked it up, it was all fresh and not sloppy or made in a hurry. Everything was right and everyone was happy! Great group of people that helped us plan an event that an eight year old won’t forget!!

The Little Caesars location closest to us does not do stuffed crust, so I ordered online to the one in Waynesville. It was easy to order online and the prices are very reasonable. The order was ready a few minutes before it told us it would be, which was awesome. It was in the “Pizza Portal” which locks your pizza in a hot holding cell and you get a code to unlock it. When we came to pick it up, I let the worker know we were just picking up our pizza, and the worker got the pizza for us, which I thought was really nice of them! The pizza we got was the stuffed pretzel crust pizza with pepperoni and cheese sauce. The crust was interesting and a little bit salty, but it was stuffed perfectly! It’s a very hearty meal, and I could only do a couple of slices at a time. The pizza was delicious, though, and the service was great too. I highly recommend this location!

Food was hot and fresh on order. Cashier seem welcoming and was nice. The Pizza seem to have more sauce than normal. The pizza seemed to be oily for then normal as well. The noise level within the restaurant was loud due to the dropping of pans and customers children laughing and enjoying their selves.

The pizza here is hit or miss when you get it. Sometimes it’s not cooked enough. It’s okay if I’m going home since I can heat it up at the house. I always order on the app so I don’t really interact with the staff there. Limited parking out front so if real busy might have to park at Walmart

The pizza is good when it’s made to order, what makes this place stand out is the employees, we love the guy with the hot and ready pizza sign out by the road, dancing and waving. Definitely makes a happy lasting impression

The “pizza”…is nothing more than uncooked Play-Do, with uncooked toppings. It was by far the most disgusting excuse for pizza I’ve ever had. Just cold, mushy white dough, with next to no taste in any of it.
The “sour dough bread” is equally nauseating. Just blocks of uncooked doughy white mushy Play-Do.
I can not believe this place is an actual business. They they actually sell this stuff and make money, money that they use to pay rent and bills and to make a life, here in Waynesville.
This isn’t food, sold here.

Ordered extra sausage and got this. I can’t imagine what a regular sausage pizza looks like. Should I have checked it before I left? Probably. Should I have expected them to do it right? Absolutely. 2 stars because even though the pizza was a disappointment, the employees were nice.

When i had arrived to this establishment i was greeted with a warm bright smile. The girl behind the register was extremely friendly and helpful even know her Manager was reprimanding her and someone in the back in front of a store full of customers.

Now I remember why I choose other pizza places over Little Caesars. Not only did they get my order wrong (which the manager was willing to corrct), but the taste was so bad that we each only were able to have one piece, and we threw the rest away… if you want quick cheap garbage… i.e. the McDonald’s of pizza, this place is for you. I won’t be back. I will say I appreciate the manager trying to make up for the error on the order.

For a chain that has recently hiked up their prices one would expect them to honor a $5 TMobile discount. Nope. They fought too n nail for that $5, even bringing out the manager who made up some fakery about the promo only being for Tuesdays. I’m thoroughly disgusted by such cheap and greedy treatment. I’ll never go to a Little Caesars again.
