Always have a good experience here, food & service is great, my one complaint is that supposedly the phone has been “messed up” for months & you can’t call in your order. Makes it quite frustrating!
Update 11/29/18 apparently I can’t review the same place twice or can’t figure out how to, any way, the phone is STILL broken, or they just choose not to answer it. Tonight I went in & ordered 3 thin crust pizzas & a crazy bread. After a 25 minute wait I got my order & went home. On my pizza with pineapple there was roughly 1/4 of the pizza that actually had pineapple on it. My crazy bread was RAW!! I’m not talking a tad under cooked, it was DOUGHY & RAW, with no garlic butter or Parmesan cheese. It literally stuck to the paper & slowly strung it’s way down as the raw dough did like a rubber band! Of course you can’t call & complain because the dang phone STILL doesn’t work! The owner stated in his reply that I could order in the app, that’s great if you always want to pay with your debit card, because that’s the only option you have! I have included pictures below!

What can I say it is Little Caesar’s Pizza. The pizza is not bad from the price ($5 hot and ready). This location does not have sitting just take out. I will be back for somemore hot and ready soon.

Every time I go to this location, my wait is minimal, the staff is very professional. Midday Friday lunch rush, I ordered 3-Extra Most Bestest pepperoni pizzas. 15 minute wait, Christian (the man on register) made sure to handle the 8 separate orders after mine. All with taking time to inform me on my order’s progress, in the middle of the rush no less. Needless to say, it was clean and stocked with drinks and sauces. Excellent job to the staff!

My son and I have been waiting here now for 26 minutes for an order of cheesey bread! Seriously I can’t make this stuff up! I should also mention that we also ordered 1 BBQ wings but they were ready when we got here. We were the only customers when we got here and now of course they are busy! People with larger orders were getting theirs and going. There is only 1 woman working alone up front and a few guys in the kitchen and it’s a Saturday night! This is not the fault of the employees. This is a result of very bad management/ownership! The phone has been ringing off the hook since we arrived and not once has it been answered. Other people here now are complaining that their orders are wrong. I’ve only come here a few times but you never see the same employees because they keep quitting. If they hired an experienced, qualified and caring management team they could probably turn this place around, hire and keep decent personnel and not continue to be the joke of a pizza place that they are! We customers tend to blame the help but that is Not fair regarding this place. This is clearly a bad place to work and is fast becoming a bad place to eat!

I ordered six pizzas for my three-year-old‘s birthday party this order was placed at 9:55 AM through the online ordering app and was to be picked up at 1:30 PM the same day I did not receive any notifications saying that the order was going to be delayed and when showing up to pick up the pizzas the door was locked and it said that they were out of dough. That money has been taken off of my card and has not been refunded at this time even after calling and finally getting in touch with someone.

When they first opened it was great. I don’t know what happened but it is terrible now. We called in a carryout order (because they never have hot and ready pizzas) and we’re told it would take 20 minutes. We waited 25 and came to get in line to pick it up. After waiting 10 more minutes in line (only 3 people allowed in the store at a time) we were told it still was not ready. Still currently waiting….it’s now been 45 minutes. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and one order of bread sticks. This will be the LAST time we support this pizza place. Thankfully there are many other pizza options in Franklin. Don’t waste your time here!!!

Hours of operation apparently do not apply to the Franklin, NC store. Multiple locals also stopped by to get pizza and were also met with the doors being locked, and no one answering the store’s phone during their hours of business. Management should definitely be looking into who was supposed to be working at the store on a Wednesday afternoon, but decided to instead close down 7 hours early.

This is by far the worst little caesars pizza I have ever been to. They cannot get a simple order correct , they never have enough products in stock to complete working a full day of fulfilling orders. They do not offer or have condiments or extra cheese/ butter or napkins . They hardly ever answer The phones due to employees always outside hanging out with friends or smoking. The employees are rude and lack even the basic customer service skills. Completely rude while dealing with the customers. They also have refused to fix orders when they didn’t fulfill the order the way its Ment to be. . I will not be back to waste my time and this building needs to be closed down.

Placed an order online. When I arrived I wasn’t greeted, the manager looked right at me and proceeded to yell at an employee. Very unprofessional! We ordered a cheese pizza, bread sticks and the new pepperoni and cheese stuffed crust pizza. When I got home the cheese pizza was raw and I had to cook it more. I’m not sure if they ran out of stuffed crust dough or what but the center bottom of the pizza was just cheese. THERE WAS NO DOUGH UNDER THE CENTER! We just moved here and I can tell you I will never order from here again!

So I stopped by this restaurant last night about 7 little after! Stopped in to grab my children something to eat so was hoping to pick up their hot and ready pizzas! And I was towed I was looking at a 25 to 30 minute wait don’t sound like hot and ready to me!! So I called back today on May 3rd 2018 spoke with the manager and that’s after calling for 2 hours straight almost! I notified him of my experience with the restaurant and unlike any other restaurant that I’ve ever dealt with that I had a bad customer experience with they all tried to make it right by taking a percentage off of the next order or giving me the order for free you know they always try to validate it this gentleman did not he took down my name and thank me for letting him know about my experience did not try to make it right anyway!! With that being said I guess I won’t be doing no business with this franchise and I guess I will also be passing the word around to all of my family and friends and co-workers to let them know don’t dare go to this pizza place if they’re wanting to just grab a pizza and go like what is advertised all I got was excuses of why they were not able to produce what they advertise truly sad!!!!!!!!!!!!
