Just waited on hold for now ten minutes for nobody to even speak to me, besides this shitty automated system. I went to pick up my order that I ordered through the app. Once I got there I picked everything up no issues, but I failed to realize that I did not have my order, I had two of the correct items and one that was not apart of my order, I realized once I was in my neighborhood, 20 minutes away. I don’t know what to do with this pizza I did not order request, or pay for, terrible customer service, I am just attempting to speak to someone about what to do. I cannot.

I have been ordering here for months and had posted a review raving about little Caesars. Well not today I ordered two pizzas and wings. One was supposed to be pepperoni and sausage the other cheese and buffalo wings. I got two cheese pizzas and plain wings. So I was charged 9 dollars for a cheese pizza. I’ve counted on their service for months but lesson learned I should have checked my order before I left. Very dissapointed!

Always have a bad experience at this airport road location. I’m a fan of little Caesars, but not this one. They even get the hot n ready pizzas wrong. You get the standard 5$ when you pay and order the extra most best. Never gotten my orders right. Always end up waiting an hour cause pizzas always wrong. Service here doesn’t care about customers. Paid 17$ for this pizza here, when they serve 6 topping ultimate Supreme for 12$.

Really awful quality of food every time we buy here. I come back and order from this restaurant after about a year of giving it a break due to terrible quality and never ceases to disappoint. Anything from here I bring home, I instantly want to return. It’s horrible. Dried up, unrisen flat dough, toppings that look and taste like they sat out all day. The Crazy Bread is always flat and never fluffy like you get at a Little Ceasars where it’s cooked right. The service is terrible, never anyone at the front. They seem to always be short-staffed and overworked. This has not changed in the last 10 years. Another customer grabbed my crazy sauce for me from behind the counter after I got my order out of the pizza portal and stood there for a while waiting for my sauces with the pizza getting cold. Consistently bad quality food year after year. I wish we had a Little Ceasars around here that was any good.
Also, if you call the restaurant, you won’t get through to anyone. They route you through a switchboard then put you on hold for 5 mins after which they disconnect the call. Try again and the same thing happens. This store doesn’t want customers or work to actually have to do. Unfortunately for them, they cannot block online orders from coming through, but they would if they could. And as punishment for having to make your food, they give you the worst quality they can possibly produce.

This has got to have come under new management, or they just have the right people in here now, and they are doing so good! I have not eaten a pizza at any pizzeria like I have had today, and I personally used to own one in the River Market in Little Rock, AR. AMAZING SERVICE, AMAZING FOOD! I left a tip as I purchased from the app and I was so smitten with the quality of the pizza I felt compelled to go in and tip the cooks and staff again. 100% turn around from the other visit. Keep doing what you’re doing ! IT IS WORKING!

I ordered 2 pizzas today after work and they came burnt and garlic bread was without flavor. I’m never coming back.The girl took my order was mad about the tip and probably this is the reason my order came like this. Very disappointed. I threw it in the trash.
