1 order has been correct this year, which is sad since they really only serve pizza smh. The last 3 visits ( including tonights) had orders of thin crust but resulted in arriving home ( 25 miles from town) to once again finding doughy thick and somewhat slimy pizza. Once again I had to try to make it easier to eat by cooking the pizza. We know better than to stop there but stupidly keep giving another chance when we are exhausted & starving.

Nope! The service is and , was terrible. Ordered food and they guy told me 15 minutes. I waited 40 minutes for my food I was thanking that the food in the food warmer was probably mine. ( It was). I was able to talk with an employee after watching them stand in the back talking. No one even cared to ask who’s it was. 40 minutes. Not again.

Be careful when you order the Fancironi !!! Twice now I have ordered it. The first time I didn’t look at it before I left the store. It had 30 pepperoni on it. I was headed out of town and didn’t have time to take it back. This time it was a regular pepperoni pie. Luckily I looked at it before I left. There was maybe 50 pepperoni’s on the pie. The ad says at least 100. I had them make me another while I waited. It had maybe only got 90 Peps…. On the left is the ad on the right is what I got…. Luckily, Bret was there to keep me company while I waited. It tasted great but someone needs to train the kids in the back better.

I come in weekly, and never is my order ready inside of the Pizza Portal. Ordering ahead of time should be a solution, although this hasn’t resolved the issue. I used to walk in without using the pizza portal, but the wait would be tremendously longer; this is because pizzas are never prepared inside of the “hot and ready” hot rack behind the counter. It seems like there is a serious lack of coordination and/or management for a team to get behind this consistently.

For something to be hot and ready it takes 40 minutes to get 3 hot n ready regular pepperoni pizzas there is some guy in there screaming and complaining about his job only two people in the joint I would recommend somewere else if you dont want to speed eternity in there

I usually order online and never have a problem but I went in after work so I ordered in the lobby. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and an Italian cheese bread. They said it would be a 15 minute wait which was no problem. 45 minutes later I ask for an update on my order and the girl at the counter looks and finds my ICB but tells me she can’t find my pizza. I wait another 10 minutes. Of course by the time I get home the ICB is stone cold and the pizza is burnt.

Normally very good pizza and service. Today 09/29/2020 the service was terrible. Ordered online and receipt said ready 6:04-6:09. At 6:16 walked in and the young girl up front went to the back and came back up saying there never got a good after telling me they thought it was a extra. No apologies or correcting just stating that they could remake the pizza. I had to ask how long she said 10 minutes and nothing else. This is the worst customer service I have ever had at little Caesars.
Normally an apology or compensation for your time but not here on this night. I get young people need to work, but a manager or someone in authority should be available to handle there screw-ups.
I normally order at least once a week, but it might be a while now.
Mistakes happen but good customer service goes a long way on how you respond.
