I’m not sure what’s going on in there as of tonight. There was all new people that I’ve never seen before. Placed my ordered at 8:29pm and it was completely ignored. I walked in at 8:40 because the tracker wasn’t updating and they hadn’t even started it. (There was no other customers there.) Didn’t get my pizza until 9pm.
They were all sitting around doing nothing but laughing and talking in the back and I heard one of them say ” You’re getting bacteria on the pizza!!” ???? Posted right up around the pizza while they were eating, LAUGHING AND SPITITING in it ?? Nice.
Oh and they didn’t tell me until after the pizza was done that they ran out of the crunch so just made me another pizza and said that was the best he could do ?? Im pretty sure the best you can do is ask what I wanted instead. OH and one of my pizzas was uncut? What is going on. Lol.

My husband got us this for dinner last night I got a box of the crazy puffs I wanted a cheese but they said they only had pepperoni acid reflex is kicking my butt right now on top of that the pizza was extremely burnt and their pieces in the box that had to pull off of them and I couldn’t even get them all off to eat them and then to top that all off I got to order a garlic parmesan wings expecting you know decent wings this was just butter melted garlic butter with a little bit of Parmesan cheese and it is swimming in it not happy very not happy you’re lucky you got one star

Usually we get excellent food and service, but this time was really bad . They forgot to make our call in order, we were told the wrong price on the phone, and they said they put extra sauce in the pizza, but that wasn’t true. I believe they were swamped with orders and it was too much for them to handle. They were polite .

Ordered online right before 6, it’s 6:51 and my husband is walking out with no pizza. Over 20 people waiting inside, the place is an absolute mess. Was told they didn’t even have our order despite me tracking it online AND calling to verify. Husband took pictures of the disgusting floor and work areas and was told to leave. They use paint brushes for coating pizzas/bread (which you can see one on the floor in my pics) This is the only location in Statesville now so we’ll have to go to Mooresville. This location needs to be shut down or completely start from scratch. Do better Little Caesars!!

Had a few rude employees working today. Loyalty stood there and ignored me, because I was unaware there was up to a 20 minute wait. Didn’t ask about my order until 12 minutes after it had been paid for. Never had this issue here before, as I am a weekly customer the last couple of years.

Horrible experience. Pizza was made wrong and when I called the store I was left on hold for 30 minutes. When I returned to the store I was still on hold. Then an employee apparently thought it was hysterical and started laughing. Then took at least 10 more minutes to get a refund. Management is lacking big time!

I deliver for doordash and most of the time when I come in here the employees barely speak to the customers or me when entering the store. They all look like they are ticked off at the world and like you’re interrupting them when people try to pick up food or order food. They at least could speak to people when they come in. I won’t eat from here just because of the service I’ve received picking up orders.

I ordered my pizza online to be ready at 6:15. I got there a few minutes early so I waited. 6:15 came and gone the track pizza app didn’t even show my pizza in the oven. I asked the lady who carry herself like a manager on the status. She said they are making it now. Okay. The kid behind the registrar was on his phone. The counter behind him to the left was full of pizzas and he wasn’t calling out names or putting them in the warmer. A customer came in to get pizza. They wanted some of the extra sauces. He dropped one on the floor and picked it up and put back on the shelf. Didnt even clean it off. Someone else came to get her pizza and he put it in the bag sideways so that all the topping would slide off. Well after 15 more minutes I finally got my pizza. I ordered pretzel crust. I got home to find it was regular crust with some salt in it. The crust was so big that half of the pizza was crust. My slices were uneven. The cheese sauce was spread uneven. Some places the cheese sauce was so thick that’s all you could taste. No cheese lock so when you bit into the pizza you pulled off all the cheese and pepperonis. Everyone in that store needs additional training. Worse experience ever.
