These people don’t know how to cook at all food was over cooked and sell things differently the other locations not to include being disrespected at drive through they hire these nasty people who don’t care about there customers and just want to take your hard earned money for food that’s not worth eating and just remember there are always better options of pizza. Normally they are pretty good. But below is a pic of my pizza. Didn’t realize it was like that till I got home. I go all the way back and they’re really crowded this time. Anyway I have to go inside cause drive thru is backed up. I didn’t want any freebies cause I understand staffing issues, etc. But I didn’t get so much as an apology, only an excuse that it must’ve gotten flipped putting it in the box. (You think!?) A simple I’m sorry would have kept me from writing this review. There’s just not any common courtesy anymore.

Asked for extra parm on the bread left with none so we went through the drive through and she wouldn’t give us any without charging for it saying “I put it on there myself, it must’ve soaked into the bread.” She was rude about it. If this is extra, I’d hate to see what it actually comes with. The cup on the back is of the extra we had to go back and buy.

I was really pleased with this location today. I made an online order for 15 pizzas, and it was ready upon arrival. The staff showed a lot of pleasant customer service. I watched the drive-thru window attendant present the pizza to the customer to receive approval of the pizza and carefully tucked napkins into the side of the box on a gusty day. Also, without hesitation a member of the team volunteered to help load my pizzas into my car. Great guys! 2/4/2024 1:30 pm team, if management sees this.

The pizza workers are very nice and food is always fresh. Parking lot with the gas station can get sketch at times so that’s why “atmosphere” didn’t get 5 stars. Not even LCs fault.

Got just what we wanted, made fresh to order if the temp and texture were anything to go by. Honestly, they seem to have improved not only their store aesthetics but service, too. Food was fresh and tasty, and the staff were all helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Speed order was prepared was impressive, especially given how busy they were. Good value, too. Definitely recommend this location. Bumping this rating to 5/5 in light of the most recent experience.***Update: Still good!
