Typically it is hit or miss at this place, but tonight it was pretty bad. I ordered deep dish pizza asking for one side of pizza to have sausage and the rest of the pizza having onions and pineapple over it. Plus an order of the new cheese puffs and crazy bread. Well once I got the food the deep dish had sausage all over the pizza. The crazy bread was hard as a rock and the puffs weren’t the correct ones. So I took it back in there and asked for them to remake it. When talking with one of the employees you could tell they did not want to fix it. So he took the food back and started remaking it. While waiting the staff was eating the pizza they messed up and I don’t generally care at least the food was getting eaten, but do it privately not when making peoples food with food in your mouth. Once I got my remake food I checked it and seemed correct. Got home and took a bite the pizza was completely raw in the middle and the puffs were cold. After inspecting it more the pizza was barely cooked. I’m not one to typically leave bad reviews but between the food and staff just screwing around I felt like it deserves a review. I know it’s little Caesar’s but if I’m spending more than 30 bucks give something at least edible.

I came to this location to pickup an online order. Once inside they began to ask the name for pick up order. They then told me that it was in the oven and would be done shortly. I said thank you, oh and could you please double cut one of those pizzas so it’s easier for my daughter to eat. They told me no and that this needs to be requested online to be done. I then said but it’s in the oven and hasn’t been cut yet. I then asked to speak to the manager on duty and they said the exact same thing. Told them I would be leaving a review that their customer service was horrible. She told me she didn’t care and that that was my opinion. I then grabbed my order and went to car and pizza was just cut a single time. Worst location in Jacksonville wont be back.

First time at this shoppe. Love the pizza. We ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni, 3 meat trio deep dish, and stuffed crazy bread. Better than “The Hut”!!! I was impressed with the amount of dipping sauce. Expecting to get a cup of sauce usually get from “other pizza joints” not disappointed.

I was doing a 2 order for a grub hub delivery one was from wingstop and the other from here and It was my first time picking up a order for this location, the chubby white blonde haired girl with a ponytail at the front counter was unprofessional and rude and make several smart remarks towards me and then after she handed me the order and I said thank you she told me don’t be late again mind you I was only late picking up the order because wingstop didn’t have the order ready when I got there so I had to sit and wait mind you I was on the other side of town. It was none of her business why I was late picking up the order just do your job and hand me the customers order…. I will not be back at this location horrible service

Horrible experience, I work in the restaurant industry and this place has no customer service at all. No communication, and to top it off no one wears gloves or wash their hands the whole 50 minutes I was waiting. Mind you they are bare handed and touches everything and anything. This place definitely needs new management

Stopped in at 7:15pm on a Saturday night for a hot and ready went in and asked how soon they will be ready and the guy said 20 minutes meaning they had not even started on any, and little Ceasars are supposed to be known for the hot and ready, we have a house full of teenagers and wanted like 4 pizzas and we had to go to another pizza place. Not a good experience.

Uncooked bread, you can feel and taste the dough not cooked right. gave this location a bunch of chances thinking it was just a bad day, every time we come here something is always not cooked right. Don’t go here.

Definitely hit and miss with quality here. But the service is absolutely the worst. They can’t seem to get my orders right and that attitude from the staff, wow. The night manager lady obviously hates her job and anyone that orders more than one pizza at a time.
