I want to start off by saying that The sanitation rating at this location is 86
I ordered a large pizza with extra pepperoni. I received a large pizza with extra pepperoni with SO MUCH CHEESE. It was so much cheese that the pizza was no longer enjoyable (didn’t know that was possible). The cheese was SO thick that both my husband and I were gagging. It’s been a few hours since and we are nauseous.
Little Ceasar’s is usually our go to. We think the pizza is great for the amount we pay, however we usually order from the location on western Blvd. i will not be going to this location again.
I just want to make others wary of this train wreck of a pizza.
Unfortunately the photos do not give the cheese justice, especially as this is a photo taken several hours later.
I also wanted to note that when I was given the pizza the box was not closed all the way as apparently it was too much work for the employee to shut the box. In the time I was there the phone was ringing, and no one went to answer it.

We got 2 pepperoni pizzas and two bags of bread sticks for lunch yesterday. The bread is usually soft and warm from other locations but both bags were hard, brown, and very burnt. The pizza looked good! But then as I was eating, I felt something in my mouth. It was hair! I couldn’t eat anymore after that…

I’ve read a few other reviews and I hate that was ya’ll experience but I’ve been going to this Little Ceasars on Henderson for about two years now and I usually have a good experience. There has been a few mishaps because we’re all human but not many. One time I was going multiple times a week. I want to personally give a huge shout out to Lexi for making my ICB and pizza amazing (2-21-2025)!!! It was so good that I called the restaurant to thank her lol. Keep up the good work Lexi

“Hot n Ready” shouldn’t mean warmed over n rubbery. Is there a rule against changing out the pizzas, after they’ve been under the heat lamp for more than an hour? Plus, it always seems so dreary and greasy, in the lobby. This is the 3rd straight time I’ve visited and regretted it. I’ve worked hard for the my money. I’d just like some fresh food, please.

Too began with my pizza had hair on it. So I called and asked for the manager. This guy would not give out his name and had an I don’t care attitude over the phone. So I went to the store to see if I could get just a respectful response, so I could get a remake of the pizza. Nope, Mr. No-Name came to the front with the same attitude. So instead of a remake, I asked for a refund, and the general/ district manager’s number. Worst customer service ever.

Blandest pizza I’ve ever eaten, and literally picked up pizza and brought it home less than 10 mins and pizza is cold. I wouldn’t waste your money here, and go the extra mile to and go to the one on western blvd.

Feb 15, 2025 at 5:49 pm we ordered a pizza and stuffed breadsticks from this location off of door dash($20 worth) and when it was delivered, there was a receipt from a different order balled up and stuck in our pizza. My husband called the restaurant to make the issue known and to see what would be done. He was told they couldn’t refund us the money which was fine since we ordered it off door dash but we had to go to the restaurant to have them remake it. When we get there, I noticed a ServSafe certification from I’m guessing the manager who suspiciously has the same name as what was on the crumpled up receipt. The inside of the restaurant was also covered in dust. As we were sitting there waiting for our fresh food another employee walked in to start his shift and barely washed his hands before taking 4 orders and then proceeds to smear soap on his hands and immediately rinses it off, uses his now “clean” hands to turn off the water and touches the paper towel dispenser with the palm of his hand they his towel to dry his hands before going and touching other people’s food. None of the employees know how to wash their hands correctly and SHOULD NOT be allowed to handle food without gloves. The 99% sanitation rating they have definitely needs to be changed to 0%. Will not be going back to this establishment again.
