The new management and team are great at the Rocky Point location and I can definitely tell the difference. The pizza is always hot and fresh and the drinks are stocked up with a wide variety for everyone. The employees are friendly and smiling no matter what. I get a sense of great teamwork because everything seems to flow smoothly even though I know it can be exhausting at times.
They offer online ordering and have a drive-thru which is very convenient.
The prices and variety of pizza options are great so this could easily be a first choice for parties or lunch/dinner.

Terrible. Look at the pictures. Raw. Employees don’t care at all and have no respect for the customer. This is absolutely disgusting and I will never be back. Would give it zero stars if I could. Pizza was completely raw! Raw dough underneath. Absolutely disgusting the whole thing went in the trash. Will be requesting a refund and blocking the transaction on my bank.

I tried to make a 2nd order for my kids on the app it failed, then I tried online and it failed. So then I called the store I was then told to try again later…. sadly I waited 2 hours and tried again still ran into issues. I called the store again and the “Manager” Henry who was not the actual manager did not even try to assist me. So then I ask to cancel my other order and he just hung up. I called back and he answered for me to find out he was no the manager and then the Manager Kelsey Spears got online and again no trying to assist me in placing an order just canceled my first order. This is not how to do business and if this is the standards you thrive for… great job!

So I was tired and I decided to stop and just get something real quick that I could eat. So I ordered cheese bread with extra cheese. I get the receipt I say I always charge $6 but the wall hanging sign says that it should be $5. I guess maybe the sun is a little outdated but she did put in combo when I only ordered the bread cheese bread with marinara sauce.
I asked a girl about why I was charged a dollar extra and she was quite nervous and said she didn’t know that you know the computer bring it up but she didn’t offer to get a manager either so being tired I just decided to go on home. Close to the house I decided to open the box up and get a slice of cheese bread because I’m hungry and guess what I have bread and no cheese. Has seasonings on top of it but no cheese. How can you call it cheese bread if there is no cheese? I think I found one little sprinkle but that does not constitute cheese bread. So I took pictures and I tried to call four times. It rang busy every single time.
It’s really ridiculous that something so simple as cheese bread is screwed up.
The little bit of whiteness that you do see your yellow slightly it’s the bread not the cheese and the brown is bread where they put the seasonings on not no cheese. There is no cheese. I think I’m owed some cheese and a reasonable why I was charged a dollar more.

When they first came to the area they were great, took time to fix your food with care. Within the past year or so their service has gone way down. Consistently run out of wings. On several occasions the crust has been slightly undone. Just yesterday I got home to an uncut pizza. You have a couple of workers who have good customer service but for the rest they seem to not want to be bothered. I get the food is cheap but your customer service should never be. Without customers you have no business.

This location has gotten so much better over the years. The ladies working there now are the sweetest and treat you like they’ve known you forever. The drive thru makes it so convenient to go grab a quick pizza with my toddler and Cori is always making sure everything comes out fresh and delicious.
