This is the worst lil ceaser in Lumberton. No one cares, even the managers my food be messed up everytime I come here. And when you say something they get mad and have a attitude. I was the second customer of the day. And they gave me food that was cook days before just heated up with cheese.

First time visitor. Saw they had philly cheese steak pizza puffs so being one of my favorites I had to try it.
Walked in and staff wasn’t very welcoming. They were working but not responsive to customers. One lady walked in waiting on an order only to find out they gave her order to someone else and had to wait for them to remake it.
The pizza puff bread was very good for pizza crust but no Philly cheese steak flavor. First time I tried to order these (at a different location) they were out so I was really, really looking forward to these. Next time I’ll just stick with my cheese pizza.

Cashier took my order almost immediately but then I had to pull forward and wait for it to be done which that took about 10ish mins which was fine overall good service.

Does this look like wings? We waited in line for over 30 minutes. When asking if they were taking orders from the speaker box because people were going around me, the girl was very rude saying she told me to wait. She did not take orders as they came. She bounced around. Took my card for payment and walked away and took care of 2 people who came in the door before running my card. I had to pull forward because my pizza was in the oven. When she brought it to me. I left and drove home before I realized she gave me the wrong order. They only thing right was the soda. We just ate it because I wasn’t driving 20 minutes back. The pizza was hot and the soda was cold. That’s the only good thing I can say. No I won’t be going back.

This pizza was minimalistic and no quality at all, especially with the pizza not being 5$ anymore this was bare minimum and I think they need to clean oven sheets for pizza because the entire bottom of pizza has burnt crust and dough from other pizzas.

This is the worst Little Caesers. Poor customer service, order is never right, long waiting time, no refunds through online ordering. Just overall disappointing. You choose to spend your hard earned money with this company and the staff looks at you like you did something wrong when they mess up your order. God forbid there is a manager on-site to talk to when there is a problem because they are non existing. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT HOT-N-READY PIZZA! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU THEY JUST CARE ABOUT TAKING YOUR MONEY!

This location is getting worse i love little Cesare but i dislike rudeness in customer service. I ordered a pizza at 9:00 picked it up at 9:20 this is what that looked. So i take it back and ask the manager for a fresh cooked pizza. He looks at me and says because it’s a portal order that he can not remake portal orders so i basically have to deal with it. The cops were called still haven’t figured that one out i ended up just getting my money back won’t be going back for a little while……

Ordered pepperoni stuffed crust and pepperoni pretzel crust online. Got a call from them saying “they ran out of cheese for the crust”. What?? Ok. I said just give me the same pizzas without the stuffed crust. The girl said she would refund me the difference. We got there and waited in line for about 15 min. I decided to go in and pick them up. I opened up both pizzas to check and one of them is regular pepperoni and the other one is regular without pepperoni. I told her that it’s supposed to be pretzel crust with pepperoni and she said “no you said without pepperoni and that it is pretzel crust”. Mind you the “pretzel” pizza looked EXACTLY like the other regular one just without pepperoni. I didn’t want to keep arguing and just took one pizza. I asked her if she refunded the difference and she said she didn’t know how but she did give me money back in cash. The whole store appeared very dirty and the whole experience unpleasant and bizarre. Attaching the picture of the “pretzel” crust. I see no pretzel crust.
