We walked in looking for the thing that Little Caesars is known for : Hot & Ready pizza etc. They had nothing at 7 pm!!! I asked how long it will be to make some and she said 10-12 min… I thought they must have some ready to go in the oven… I waited for 22 min. Attitudes weren’t bad or anything, and the food was good, but I was disappointed in this location.

I used to be a regular after recently not anymore!!! The night staff needs to be retrained the girl with the glasses and horrible attitude who I am assuming is the manager does not know how to talk to her employees or customers I had a simple issue I needed resolved she was snappy with the younger girls that were helping me which they were not a problem at all they had respect but she did not I believe they called her Tory and she was very rude and seemed to be over it before I even explained anything if that’s who is being hired I will not be back!!!

I can’t complain one bit about the food nor service. The restaurant is rather clean and the staff is quite friendly. My issue is the fact that when I placed my order I am immediately asked to leave a tip for food I’ve yet to receive. Secondly, there are no waitresses or waiters nor anyone offering any service or anything whatsoever other than the food I’ve just ordered. It is their job to prepare the food and I’m assuming their service is paid for along with the food I’m going to receive. Little Cesar’s profits more than enough to pay their employees accordingly. Though their food overall has always been well worth the price then some, the whole tip just really set me off…

Around noon, I ordered pizza online to be picked up at 5:45. Somehow, that was interpreted by the website to mean 1:30. When we got home after picking up the pizza at 5:45, it looked days old. I checked my email and found that our order had been ready since 1:48pm. Little Caesars policy is to consider any pizza older than 30 minutes as waste to be thrown out, but I guess they weren’t paying attention when they handed my husband 4-hour old pizza that had been slow cooked to the point it was inedible. We called, my husband went back to the store with the offending pizzas and they made us a fresh order. I appreciate the employees remaking it, even though it wasn’t their fault.

Years ago I used to live off the $5 pizza deal. Could feed me all day. Then it left the Dunn area. I was so happy when it came back and close to my place. Still at the $5 mark and just as good or better. Can walk right in most often. Always a lot of staff cause they are always busy. A great quick I don’t want to cook choice.

The young ladies at the front needs customer service training. I went in around 6:40pm (6/19/2025). They did not acknowledge me, they talked to each other as if I wasn’t there…there was no communication with me. After taking my pizza out and putting the bread in the bag, I told her not to tie the bag so I could put the napkins in. She dropped it on top of the pizza box, walked away and continued to talk. I had to lean over the counter and slide my own pizza to myself. HORRIBLE SERVICE tonight!!!
