I ordered the cheesesteak Crazy Puff and this was honestly one of the worst food experiences I’ve had. I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for my order, and the whole time the place was chaotic. A bunch of customers were standing around waiting, nothing was being put in the ovens on schedule, and everything looked very unorganized.
When I finally got my food, it was undercooked, greasy, and looked nothing like it’s supposed to. The photos speak for themselves. It was soggy, messy, and honestly just not edible. After waiting that long, receiving food like this is extremely disappointing.
I really wanted to like this place, but between the long wait, lack of organization, and horrible food quality, I will not be returning or recommending

The customer service from the employees was very good and they were nice.
But u waited over an hour( after a 12 hour shift at the hospital ) for a pizza that was not edible. It Burnt/ overcooked. If I didn’t have to travel so far to go back to the store I would have.

Ordered food from uber eats. One of the worst food ever got. Raw pizza dow and crazy bread both. Not eatable food. Ordered sauce and completely missing on order. Not returned the money as well and not recommended as food is not worth

The pizza maker had to make my order 3 times before he got it right. I would have had three pictures but I didn’t take the first photo because I wasn’t anticipating receiving a wrong order.
I have been here numerous times but I never reviewed the facility. But in this particular review I had to wait an hour and forty five minutes to receive my order because they did not treat the order as a priority. The wait time of a hour and forty five minutes is too long to wait for a thin crust pepperoni. After waiting that long no refund was available or offered.
The first pizza which has no photograph had an extensive amount of burnt crust and I notified the manager that it was unacceptable. The second pizza had less burn on it but was still unacceptable. The third pie was…perfect.

First time I visited a Little Caesars in a long time and this was a total disappointment! The bread was thick and doughy and not cooked correctly the atmosphere and staff okay so I had to give them the stars for that however the food I had to give a one star!

INSANE WAIT TIME 1HR+ HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES!!! I only come to this location because it’s next to my job, with that said, this is getting ridiculous. the last 3 times i’ve been to this location it’s been absolute chaos with only one employee working. she’s doing a good job for how little the owner appears to care!!. Every time i’ve came in she’s been running back and forth between calming down customers, the counter, the make line and the ovens, with nobody there to help her! plus constantly irate customers due to excessive wait time. For the love of god and the sake of your employees (and your customers who put the money in your pocket) have some freaking respect !!! if yall aren’t able to get orders out in a reasonable time frame, don’t be open at all!!!

This place is disgusting!! They mix the sauce up on the floor! And the lady making the pizzas has that dirty wig on with NO HAIR NET and was messing with her phone and headphones with NO GLOVES ON!! And when I asked where my food was (standing there for 15 minutes) there was a guy who also was making pizza with dreadlocks and NO HAIR NET and he shoved the pizzas at me! I’ll never ever go back there!

Worst little Caesars of all time and I’ve been to my fair share of little Caesars. Pizzas constantly overcooked. Consistently slow service. Out of drinks. Even when you order on the app and pick up from the pizza portal, ur still forced to wait 5min before someone even comes to the counter to give you your crazy sauce.

Look at this absolutely disgusting, burned up pizza. Shame on whoever did this. Shame on management for not training your employees better, Shame on Regional managers that hire managers that dont hire employees that dont do better. Nobody wants to eat this and I don’t feel like taking it back to argue to get another pizza made by the idiot that didn’t care to begin with and probably wind up poisoned. Shame on you!

could be better. DEFINITELY could be cleaner! you can see a ton of gnats in the back. sometimes they take the pizzas off of the oven way too early, so make sure you look at your pizza before leaving lol
