I normally don’t have a problem with this location but today I guess I do now when they gave me my supposedly “Italian cheese bread” HALF eaten!! Looks like one of the WORKERS ate my food or mixed it up with something else either way very crazy and I should have checked it before I left the store but I trusted this location to not do something as crazy very disappointed:(:(. I was told my order was ready, but when I arrived at 3:15, it wasn’t. We just now got our food after waiting over an hour for only two pizzas and an order of pizza bites. The associate was rude and disrespectful, and they even gave our order to another customer by mistake, making us wait even longer. It’s unacceptable that the system showed the order as “ready” when it clearly wasn’t. During that time, several customers came in after us, got their food, and left. This was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience that needs to be addressed. Because we just got the order at 4:04

Listen. Just don’t go here. I know you want the crazy bread, but they just can’t do it. I keep trying again every few months, but they have never gotten the crazy bread right. Ever. It’s depressing. I blame management and leadership for poor wages and training.

My kids love it and I always buy from the store on Sunset Road, but I don’t recommend that one; the home delivery service is terrible. This is the fourth time they haven’t sent the drink, and when they do send it, it’s not cold.

I think the Cashier tried to steal my change from my order. I gave for 20.00 for my order for 7.57, she gave me 6.00, back and said have no change, she has an ascend, once I realized what she was trying to say, I asked, could I get a refund for my cash purchase? Then charge it on my debit card. She called for the manager. The manager looked at my receipt and said yes, you owe her 6 more $, she screamed, no I don’t. The manager then opened the door opened the cash drawer and gave me my $6, along with the change that she was supposed to return to me.

Sometimes, once in a bluemoon, Little Caesars can have some of the best pizza. This is a location where it’s possible. Couldn’t even leave the parking lot before polishing off half the pie. Feeling so satisfied and chill right now.
