My order was supposed to be ready over half an hour ago, and I’m still waiting. Nobody in the back seems to know what is going on. There is 8 of of here waiting for orders, and no pizza. One guy yelled and told what appears to be a new kid, to “just give them out, doesn’t have to be in the right order.” Are you serious?!?

This review isn’t for the food or atmosphere, it’s for the manager on duty right now. I didn’t get his name but he’s a really good manager. I placed an order on their app and they were out of some things I ordered. My kids were there trying to pick it up. So I called them and he offered to refund my order and still make it and give me what I want but I declined and told him what I want since they were out of the other stuff, and he went above and beyond what I asked for. I’m positive my food will be delicious just by my interaction with the manager. This is rare in fastfood nowadays.

Consistently 20+ min today it’s just past 45min since my online order was placed and the pizza supposedly went in the oven 30min ago … Dominoes consistently has my pizza ready in 10-15min with LESS staff and prompt service. I had to wait even more because the guy at the register didn’t bother give it to me directly despite my waiting 20min in the store ….so i had to wait even longer for someone to come around to give me the marinara.
Quality of the food is fine once you get it’s just unbearably slow. My order said it was in the oven at 6:08 but the receipt on the pizza said the order wasn’t taken untill 6:20…insane. note this was prepaid even!!!

This is more about the app/availability of product than it is about the store. I specifically ordered a combo that had a Mountain Dew product in it that I wanted… 20 minutes later when I go to pick the order up, the store employee says we don’t have that anymore they’re supposed to remove it from the website but they haven’t.
No help at all, just too bad and bye.

Past few times I’ve been in Little Caesars the guys that waited on me were great. They provided excellent customer service. I wish I had gotten their names, because they definitely should be recognized. Few years I quit going to this establishment because the service was horrible, rude, & so disgusting that I wouldn’t even have given it a dog, but for me it has definitely turned around tremendously. I’m glad I decided to go back for another try.

Pizza is quality for Little Caesar’s. Service is on par with Little Caesar’s, which means it’s real low. I give ratings based on what I’m eating. I don’t expect fancy from a simple place. So the food from here was five stars. The service, however, was one star. They tried to short me $10 worth of my $30 order. The manager also looked confused I was in the shop at 4 PM on a Saturday. It took them 45 minutes to make two pizzas and crazy bread. By the way, the brownies are pre-packaged and stored in the back. So just know that. It’s not a warm treat that tastes homemade. The place is clean despite the bad shopping center it’s in and the questionable people hanging around it. Would eat here again and hope service is at least slightly better.

Absolutely the worse little ceasers I’ve ever been to. Never have any hot n ready like advertised and out of crazy bread every other day. Mangers always gone and they say they can only sale cheese and pepperoni pizzas no specialtie items. Close this dump down. Not to mention the rude staff
