The only reason I’m even giving them 3-stars is because those 2 guys were working hard. Literally only 2 PEOPLE working! That is completely ridiculous, especially on a Saturday afternoon. One was putting together food and then the oven, and the other was running the register, dealing with customers, while also getting food out of the oven and ready to go. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! This is my first and last time coming here!! (Still here waiting for my 2 items going on almost 45min)

I ordered 6 pizzas, some with different crusts, and multiple dipping sauces – I got 5 burnt pizzas, all with the same crusts, and only 3 dipping sauces. When I called, the excuse was, “we were slammed”. Meanwhile, I placed the order midmorning, for a 6 p.m delivery. Michael refunded my money, but only after suggesting that I come to the store to pick up a corrected order, because for delivery, I would have to place the order online again.

When I first walked in there were 3 to 4 people in the lobby waiting for their orders. The two young men working the front were doing their best, but seemed sort of lost to what was going on. When I told them my order number and name, they said they did not see an order for me. That’s a talking to the manager. It was discovered that they gave our order away to someone else. The two young men upfront were puzzled, and did not know what to do, but the manager informed them to tell me that they would make the order. I was never apologize to or anything for the inconvenience. Well I asked the manager Eli what happened and if anything could be compensated for my loss of time he informed me that it was an honest mistake, and all I had to wait was like a little 15 extra minutes to get it. He couldn’t give me anything because it would mess up his inventory. As I told my wife before ordering from here, we should have went to a more reputable pizza establishment. Also, after seeing the dirt and debris on the floor in the back, I’m amazed that they have a health score of 92.5

Little Ceasars has really expanded their menu….I didn’t know they had stuffed crust pizza and even stuffed crust pretzel pizza…so use to dropping by getting a pepperoni pizza didn’t realize their online menu offers a lot more….I got a stuffed crust half extra pepperoni and half ham/pineapple and a stuffed crust deep deep dish pizza half extra pepperoni half pepperoni Italian sausage and bacon I made a salad at home and we had a good family dinner tonight

I ordered the Detroit Style Deep Dish, and that is not what I got. I got thick, oval, mediocre pizzas. The whole point of Detroit style is that the pizza dough and the cheese go all the way to the edge of the rectangular pan, so that the cheese can caramelize between the pan and the crust as it cooks. The crunchy, caramelized cheese should go all the way around, but I didn’t get any. Very disappointed.

I placed an order for pickup on the app on Tuesday. We have always had pretty decent experiences before this visit. I ordered a thin crust pepperoni deal with crazy bread and an ultimate supreme. The best part was the crazy bread, the thin pizza was ok but made everyone sick and the pick is what our ultimate supreme looked like. The ultimate supreme was a pepperoni pizza that had already been cooked with someone dumping a handful of green peppers and onions. We were not able to eat the pizza due to the overcooking, hard crust and the toppings were foul. I tried calling the store, left a message, called corporate to contact the location and I have not heard from them as of yet. They have a phone number and an email so they have ways to contact.

There is no reason why they got 5 people in there with one person in the lobby and (person being me) ordered a head a time and it take them 30 min to get it out . Order from the one closer with one girl working and she get it out to you within 10 min . Make it make since they paying in there.
