Super disappointed with my recent experience. My son placed an order and we went to the drive thru to pick it up. No one showed up at the window. In ten minutes, I honked my horn and even tried calling the restaurant. No one ever answered. I finally went inside to pick it up. It looked like there was one solitary employee inside. It was noon!! It took her almost five minutes to even acknowledge my presence. Then she tells me the order isn’t even ready and it would be 6 more minutes. At this point it’s already 15 minutes past when the order was scheduled for. When I stated that, she didn’t even apologize, simply said “I’m by myself, six more minutes”. I won’t waste my time ordering from here again.

The pizzas are great, customer service is terrible and hygiene is very poor. I waited over 1 hour for 2 orders of undercooked breadsticks and buffalo wings, and with a hair in them.
Ended up cooking the breadsticks again.

88.5 sanitation rating and employees that are unhelpful to the point of it feeling malicious. Had to drive through the drive through multiple times to get assistance with my drive through pick up. How is this location staying open? Needs new management if they can’t get the store in better shape.
Edit: my pizzas were so poorly made we had trouble taking them out of the box when we got home. They also had the wrong toppings on them. We had to try to fix them and ending up eating them with forks and knives. Deplorable.

Placed our order online, was told 40 minutes for pick up. Waited another 40 minutes in the parking lot before it was ready. Ordered crazy bread and puffs both with sauce and the sauce was missing. Ordered brownies and those were missing too. Lesson learned, will not return. I should have ready the reviews before going in the first place. Seems to be normal to have poor service here.

First, I see why this location has a 3.3 rating for service. I’d like to take a moment to express the most horrifying experience my husband and I experienced with the night manager yesterday 3/6/26. Our pizza was delivered but our drink was never delivered. When my husband called the store the manager was very unprofessional with handling the phone call. She raised her voice, was very disrespectful, cutting the speaker off, and ultimately hung up the phone! When the request was over a 2 liter soda. Upon calling back the same experience happened. She would not give her name and proceeded to deflect. At that point she continued to over-speak with no solution warranting less than a 3 star rating. We will never order from little Caesars or any of their affiliates until this matter is addressed. We would like a reply from corporate on how situations like this and the manager will be addressed.

2 weeks ago I came in before 5 minutes before closing I asked for 2 hot and ready pepperoni pizzas I got to my car they were two meat lovers the young gentlemen locked the door, I knocked and said you gave 2 meat lovers I don’t like this pizza he asked what’s my name I told him he said I will write it down come back and get your pizza anytime. I said okay, I just came im this woman treated me like a dog basically saying I’m trying to scam pizza. I was thinking im my head lady I make more a year than all of your employees put together. She said she was trying to turn it around I will never buy from here ever again, we are frequent buyers because our autistic son likes it. It’s not about the money, it’s about principals.

Really unfortunate to have to leave this review. I’m gonna assume this was the manager, but I’m absolutely not sure. I understand that she was new with two new employees and she used this information to let everybody know after they awaited a severe amount of time she even communicated with me in a nature that was very unpleasant. After all I did was ask her how much longer on the food and that she would let me Know when the wings would be ready after I inquired fairly nicely she informed me that she didn’t have to give me anything after I was being rude. Multiple people prior to my order had a bad attitude with another employee- I’ve worked in food before, and I understand How it can get when it is busy but she stated that she didn’t have to give me anything and he even overheard her saying that she did not have to cut pieces the right way because they’re gonna get what they get. This is not subject to my order, but I think that the information still should be provided to the corporate team and someone should see this, and it should be under review because not only her attitude, but her negligence to food standards within the community was not upheld at this time I think getting her appropriate staff would assist, but also her attitude needs to be dealt with at the earliest convenience. Consider considering her attitude, this could lead to a bigger issue for safety for customers Overall.

Zero stars: I ordered online. Arrived @ driveup window & waited 10 minutes. No one apppeared.
I parked my car & went in the store. Slowly a young girl approached the counter. I gave my name & she said they were still working on my order. (1 cheese pizza).
5 more minutes I spotted an older lady (possibly a manager).
I asked her to check on my order & without any information she yelled at me “you’re probably at the wrong location”.
I had to show her my receipt on line. She kept Repeating “you don’t have an order”.
It was found in the warming oven.

Very disappointing experience. I placed my order 45 minutes ahead of time, yet still ended up waiting about 30 more minutes once I arrived. The drive-thru line barely moved, and no one even came to the window for around 15 minutes.
When I finally received my food, my order was wrong—it felt like they just gave me whatever they had available instead of what I actually ordered.
In my opinion, the owner seriously needs to hire more staff and bring in better management, because this location is clearly struggling with organization and customer service. Also worth noting, the sanitation score is only 88, which doesn’t inspire much confidence.
