On another occasion, I was picking up my order and it was totally wrong. The employee said I would have to cancel the order and order again since I had ordered via the app, and that it couldn’t be corrected in the store. We were on our way out of town so I just took the wrong order and left. No apologies from staff.
On one order pick-up, I drove to the store for my order with ample time for it to be ready. I waited in line for 38 minutes before finally getting my order. To make it even worse, I was the 3rd car in line.
Another time I ordered a classic pepperoni and a classic cheese. I picked my order up and when I got home I had 2 cheese pizzas. Wrong again.
Numerous times I have had my pizza handed to me and I had to ask for the dips that I ordered. The employees then looked surprised and rechecked the order and handed me the dips.
Too many staff members have been very slack in customer service. I don’t want special treatment, just the service and product that I paid for.
I have given ample opportunities for improvement, but it isn’t happening.
Should I go on? No, that is enough.
Jason, the new manager there is a blessing! I called that my pizza was meant to be a stuff crust and he told me they’ll take care of it. Due to policy, they weren’t allow to take back the pizza so I got that one for free, he gave me my original order that was hot and fresh, but also gave me an extra as an apology. I got 3 pizza to spare for 1-2 weeks. Not sure what to do but I am blessed to have the new manager there to give us great experiences! Thank you for making our day better Jason!
