Ordered pizza at 5:48 for son to pick up at 6:35 (quickest they could do — supposedly). Pizza wasn’t ready until 8:30. 2.5 hours. Staff did not inform any waiting customers what their major malfunction was. Outrageous. Won’t patronize them anymore. Sad!

Ordered on the app and waited over an hour with other people walking in getting pizzas befire us. We had to ask for the pizza we had ordered and were given the wrong food TWICE. Then told they are making a new one and it’ll be another 10 min wait. After 20 min we gave up and got a refund Ridiculous! This pizza is def not worth this wait. Get more staff or dont accept orders if you cant handle the volume!

I asked for the lunch specials.. they didn’t have any dough for the lunch specials.. then asked for a cheese and pepperoni pizza. They charged me for one cheese and then a pepperoni pizza.. had to argue that I said a single pizza with cheese and pepperoni.. so not like getting pizza here i will stop coming.. as this is a recurring problem at this location ..

Do not, I repeat, do not bother ever ordering from this store. This Little Caesar’s location has the worst service of any location i have ever been to. The app’s quoted times for your order are never accurate, and when you try to speak to an employee about your order, you are met with at best a “it’s in progress” or usually a “I don’t know”. Due to the limited options in Moyock, I have given this location multiple chances, and have been let down multiple times. This was the last time. Save your time and money and go anywhere else to get dinner.

I ordered 2 pizzas and 2 orders of the cheese puffs. I went in to pick up as soon as it said my order was ready. When I opened the pizza portal there was only the 2 pizzas. I asked them where is the cheese puffs and was told that they were sent with another order. Then the guy told me that I could take some crazy bread in exchange or I would have to wait for the cheese puff to cook. I said I would wait because I want what I ordered. While I was waiting the employees were saying that mistakes happen and people need to chill. Then a woman came in to place an order and the same guy told her that they weren’t excepting any walk in orders because they were to far behind. He was very rude about it and seemed like he was the one being inconvenienced because a customer wanted to place an order. By the time I got home the pizzas were cold and tasted awful.
