Our family is a huge fan of Little Caesar’s. We were super excited to find out they were coming back to Williamston. The staff is friendly, pizza is always good, but sometimes the wait time can be outrageous. My suggestion is that they have a reserved parking space for customers who pizzas are not yet ready and a way of notifying them when their order is ready. As a result of customers having to wait so long, I watched as 5 or 6 other cars drove away. That’s business lost and probably a bad review when this matter could have been resolved easier. Just my suggestion.

If you want your pizza to be ready on time order it about an hour ahead. Multiple times I have ordered pizza on the phone and been told “15 to 20 minutes” then when I show up my food has not even been started. You also need to always make sure to check your order as the last time I ordered two stuffed crust supreme pizzas and they tried to send me out with a regular pepperoni and then claimed “well our system shows 1 pepperoni” as if it would make sense for me to pay $27 for 1 supreme stuffed crust and 1 plain pepperoni. I also know that it didn’t show 1 pepperoni as when I was walking to to pay for them they asked “two stuffed crust supreme pizzas right?”. Also make sure to allocate at least 5-10 minutes to heat your oven up and finish cooking the pizzas, then have a good knife on hand so you can finish cutting it yourself also.

Ordered 3 pizzas off the app. When I got the pizza it was not even in the portal. Also the pizza was disgusting. Not cooked all the way. You could tell they were rushing the pizzas. Pizza was extremely greasy, uncooked, fell apart when I went to pickup a slice to eat it. Worst pizza ever. What happened you used to be good.

Went through the drive thru and got 2 pizzas, crazy bread and crazy puffs which all said hot n ready from 4-8….NOT. Gave me a buzzer waited 15 minutes went inside and asked what was talking so long…apparantly they made our pizza fresh…NOT! Horrible customer service! Got home and went to feed my kids and the pizza is so soggy it folds over like a t shirt. Ridiculous! Tried contacting corporate before but obviously they never replied.

I used the drive-through. I placed an online order, and when I got there, they said it wasn’t ready. I waited 20 more minutes. The app said it was ready. The lady at the window couldn’t find it. There was no apologies and no compensation
