I’m reaching out to the owner…David…need to do something with your store in Roanoke Rapids. Worst Little Caesars ever. Pizza is ALWAYS burned, staff is rude, they could care less about your restaraunt. It used to be good. But, I hesitate to go EVERY TIME!!!!! You need someone in that store to get it back on track. It just sucks. The entire experience….read the reviews people leave. Should be enough to get an ldea man……this was horrible….I asked the cashier if she would eat that..she said no….I asked why they expect us to…she said they didn’t want to go through the trouble of replacing it…….WOW!!!!!!

The pizza is good when it isn’t burned but 9 out of 10 it’ll be burned. One time while I was waiting for an order they had burned the pizza the guy said he needs to redo it the lady handling drive thru said no we making a sale and handed it out. My kids don’t even care for the pizza at this location. And the staff can be rude. It’s best to go somewhere else really. I DONT like posting this but come on…

This place is ok. Only problem is when I asked for a hot and ready pizza with the breadsticks (that’s part of your national advertisement), and was told by one employee that I would have to wait 15 minutes for that pizza. Another employee said that, just because it says “hot and ready” doesn’t mean that this specific pizza will be ready when you order it. Sometime you would have to wait. This was confusing to me but I left it at that. A few minutes later the 2nd employee thought about that statement, and then said to me that, “I guess maybe they should change that hot and ready sign?” I said really, laughed, and left.

The workers were anything from biker shorts to leggings….they dont speak….just awful customer service. I have met 1 or 2 that’s friendly but the rest and them clothing sad. I get it’s no dress code evidently but you can still dress appropriately!

Third time now they have messed up an order this year alone. Ordered breast sticks, it came with whatever the hot sauce is on it, did not ask for that, did not want that. You try to call the customer service line, it is closed. Seriously, raise prices, and still have shoddy service.

I went inside to order two pizza and I didn’t get what I ordered. I had to wait 20 minutes for them. I got all the way home not to have what I ordered. Tried calling and no answer. One manager took my order and the other manager gave it to me without checking it.

The customer service is not worth it. The attitude they display as you are ordering is terrible. And they will have all the employees laughing and joking about while 1 or 2 people actually cook. At least the food is fresh and delicious but the experience isn’t worth it
