Although the pizzas were fresh, the employee did not bother to slice neither of my pizzas all the way through. It is such a simple task, yet the employee was too lazy to push the slicer down a little harder. My second complaint is that they didn’t put any garlic butter on the cheese sticks side of neither pizzas. Also, the employees are slow, they need to get faster and hard-working employees in this location. Came here on June 1st after 9:00PM and still had to wait like 15 minutes.

Just by the appearance of the pizza i received, i could tell that it wasnt made right. The breading was dry and tough throughout the entire pizza and it was hard to eat and take the slices off. The service was quick and the staff member that took my order was nice but i shouldve checked my order before leaving the store.

Drove for my favorite Little Ceaser. Arrived few minutes before 12. No one at counter waited for some one to respond to my yell of hello While waiting noticed place was very dirty covered in greasy hand prints. There was nothing ready was told it would take 15 minutes. For lunch special and puffs. Decided not to order due how dirty it was. Will find a new location to order from.

Ordered a plain cheese pizza and a cheese Italian bread. Online said ready by 7:44. At 8:00 I got my food. Not put in the portal, but handed to me cold after the guy asked three times what I ordered. He was so high he couldn’t even remember. This was after sitting in the store for almost 15 minutes. I actually love little caesars, but this store has gone way downhill

Stefan and his team at Little Caesar’s are AMAZING!! They were friendly, and helpful, and while ordering a very large order for a local high school event, they went above and beyond to help us. Highly recommend this store! Great pizza too!

I ordered the extra moisture cheese pizza and i get it has only sauce without cheese when i asked to change it they said ok. I waited for 40 minutes and they gave me the same one without any change it was cold wit no cheese

The manager is very load unprofessional. He should not manage anything, especially not anything involving customer service. Extremely rude, for no reason. Ordered online pizza at 540pm, to be picked up at 730pm. Manager wouldn’t even look at me to tell me if pizza was sone or not. He would not answer any questions and the young man he qas training look confused on why he was acting that way. The pizza was not done until 750pm. The pizza was cold. I believe he had my pizzas in the corner, because i was watching for him to take it out of the oven. I have never experience such immature bizarre behavoir in my life. This man should be drug tested, something is definately wrong with him. Worst pizza place in America, will make sure i personally tell everyone not to order from, knightdale little ceasers.

Whoever the black guy was at the counter today at 2:30 was amazing he made me laugh he had great customer service my pizza was hot and ready in 10 minutes I love love the customer service from that one black guy at the counter
