I placed an order for delivery but it Took over a hour for the store to confirm order and was delivered late !!! On top of that my 4 year old was hungry but once we received the food it was cold and dry, as if it was made 2 hours ago!! Ruined my whole night and didn’t even want to eat it at all!! I want a refund !! Very disappointed with how everything turned out!!

I give a lot of reviews and I don’t like giving bad ones. But I ordered pizza and my bad for not looking at it before I left the store but I guess I just put faith that I am getting a quality product for my hard earned money. But this is what I got. Now you know good and well you messed this up. And idk why you didn’t remake it or ask was I okay with receiving it like this. And with how it looks I am scared that it might have fell off. Please lord I hope it didn’t hit the floor! Oh and I can’t believe yall don’t have a phone number to call. ♀️

New Pretzel Pizza had an unedible amount of salt added on top, ask for less than half the amount of salt otherwise don’t order it. Its far too much probably illegal.

The food here is good as hell. Honestly, it tastes way better than the one in Reidsville over there the pizza always tastes like Windex . But at this location, the food is always fresh, from the pizza down to the breadsticks. This is definitely my new spot for a deep dish.
Only thing I wish is that the employees were a little nicer. My first time coming, I almost ended up in a whole argument with the dude just because I asked for a receipt and all I came in for was a drink. The second time was better, the girl who took my order was nicer, but she could’ve been a little more friendly too.
Besides that, the food keeps me coming back. The building is clean inside and out, and that matters. I’ll definitely be back for another deep dish.

I placed my order at approximately 6:45 as you can see from the receipt. I literally just got my pizzas at 7:25. I have watched where the lobby/seating area was so full that so many customers had to stand near the door. I think they need to change their phrase from being “Hot-N-Ready” There’s no way that 2 pizzas that should take 40 minutes. There’s music blasting in the back, employees dancing around to what’s been played over the speakers, By all means play your music but use that same momentum to get these “Hot-N-Ready” pizzas out to the customers who have been waiting. I think Dominoes will be on the agenda next time my family wants pizza, at least that 40 minute wait could’ve been at my house. While waiting for it to be delivered. I only go to Lil Caesar’s because my kids seem to like it better but if this continues, they’ll grow to like another pizza place. The manager did offer a free complimentary pizza for my 40 minute wait. Which was “Hot-N-Ready” faster than the 2 I originally ordered

We ordered a Italian cheesy bread and they gave us one that was in their warmer. When we went to eat it it was so hard that you couldn’t even barely bit into it. And it was almost cold. Like just a little before cold. So we took it back in and the woman said ” it was fresh, I know it was bc I been in the kitchen all day” then she proceeded to throw it in the trash and went and got another one and slammed in on the counter said “here”. The customer service was terrible like totally rude and unprofessional. Will never go back to that one.

I went In today and it was a Rude and unfriendly cashier . (black man ) he had an attitude and wasn’t showing no type of decent common courtesy. Maybe he was having a bad day , but never returning !
