Just how long does a customer have to stand at the counter to get service. 3 employees were standing in the walkway to the back, 2 facing the counter and 1(apparently the one working the counter) had her back to me. No one bothered to say anything to me or break conversation to acknowledge I was there. After about 6 minutes or so she finally turned her head toward me to ask “can I help you”. After giving me my receipt she went back to the conversation from before. Another customer came in and experienced the same as I did, waiting to be acknowledged and get her call in order. This type of service seems to be the practice for this location from reading other reviews. It would also help people with disabilities, such a standing issues like i do, to have some type of seating available. There is a large lobby to have this option for costumers. .i also noticed while STANDING there, waiting for my order that their sanitation grade was only 90.5. If I had noticed this before hand I would not have ordered anything. I am new to the Lexington area but have already decided that this will not be a place I’ll be going back too.

My friend told me that he wanted a pizza and suggested Little Ceasar’s. I wanted a pizza too but I usually go to another pizza restaurant. I had never been to Little Ceasar’s but I told him that I would just get a pizza at LC with him. We go in and I look for a menu. All they have are video screens showing specialty pizzas and desserts that I don’t want. An old, blonde-haired lady comes out to take our order. I asked her for a menu so that I could see what toppings they have available and get a price on the pizza I want. It made her mad that I asked for a menu and she acted like I was an idiot for asking. So she points up at the video screens and she actually starts reading what is on the screens that I’ve already read and is right in front of me as if I can’t read. I said, “How much does it cost for a sausage and tomato pizza?” She said, “We ain’t got no tomatoes.” At that point, I decided I would just go to my regular pizza restaurant which has a menu clearly stating toppings available and the corresponding prices. So I looked at my friend and told him to go ahead and order his pizza and I would be back to get him. As I was walking out the door, the old lady starting yelling at me and said, “You ain’t got to get no attitude!” There was never an attitude. I never said a cross word. And I wasn’t even talking to her. I was talking to my friend simply telling him that I would be back to get him. Since this is the kind of people LC hires, I’m going to stay out of Little Ceasar’s restaurants because I don’t ever want to be treated like that again. If an “undercover boss” would have been there and heard the old lady, she would have been fired on the spot.

Stopped in last night to grab some crazy bread. They didn’t have any ready so I waited on them to make it. They did get it ready pretty quick but it was VERY overcooked. I ordered 3 bags and the picture is what we got. 2 were overdone and one had zero seasoning on it. We tried but ended up not even eating it. A waste of $12.

This location was struggling last time I went but today it was as good as it could get! Great fresh pizza and bread sticks. They had everything ready when I showed up and the pizza was better than the other pizza chains by a long shot. A++

We Came here this evening to get a quick bite , waited what seemed like forever. the lady working in there is loud and very rude ! This place has went down hill. I would not recommend coming to this location . They need to get it together fast ! Screaming and being rude to your paying customers is not the way to run a business. 0/10 !

Customer service was terrible, If I didn’t greet her we would’ve just started at each other! I asked for a large pizza one side extra cheese other side pepperoni.. The pepperoni side was correct but I only had 3 slices of cheese pizza without extra cheese..

Truly disappointed. I had order online to pick-up and arrived to see that order wasnt ready yet. I noticed that the cashier was watching his phone while the other only employee was doing all the work. The line of people waiting for the pizza was very long. Once I open my pizza I was enraged because what i was given was unacceptable. They really need to step there game because this unacceptable.

This location is extremely busy but the staff has seemed to turn a new leaf this year. I have never seen so much growth in a short period of time. I always come and ask for the cashier Nicole or the Manager Stephanie and they make beautiful pizzas.
