Bad customer service hey, show me two time and when I coming back to take my order, he told me you have to pay again and the manager she’s inside. I tried to talk to her, but she doesn’t want to talk to me and give me my money back. I’m not coming back here again.

I think today was a really bad day for them — it was total chaos, and the staff kept saying the manager was on the way. After reading previous reviews, it seems this place has been struggling for a while. Clearly, there’s poor management and possibly not enough staff. I’ve bought food from here before, but this time people were even leaving with incomplete orders. I honestly feel bad for the employees — they seem to be under a lot of pressure. The real issue lies with the owner or investors who need to step up and fix this.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience tonight at this Little Caesars location. This is usually my go-to spot, and I’ve never had an issue before, which makes this even more frustrating.

The pizzas were made very poorly. The crust was overcooked and hard in some areas, while other parts were undercooked and doughy. The toppings were unevenly distributed, and the pizza did not look or taste fresh at all. It honestly felt rushed and thrown together without care.

The breadsticks were just as disappointing. They were dry, overbaked, and lacked the usual buttery flavor and seasoning that I normally enjoy. They were tough to chew and did not taste fresh.

Overall, the quality of the food tonight was far below the standard I’ve come to expect from this location. I feel like I completely wasted my money, and it was not worth what I paid. I hope management takes the time to address these quality issues so other customers don’t have the same experience.

Be very careful about using the app to order from this location! TWICE in two weeks I placed a pizza order and paid using the Little Caesars app, only to be told once I arrived to pick it up that they were out of the ingredients to make it. I was also told – with no apology – that I had to speak to the manager (who wasn’t there at the time) to get a refund. This was after driving 10 miles each way – that’s a total of 40 miles round-trip. I haven’t been able to get refunds even after numerous calls to this store, as well as to the Little Caesars headquarters in Michigan. App deleted!

Would give 0 stars if I could. We’ve tried this place multiple times and try to give them the benefit of the doubt. One time our order was 2 hours behind. The next two times they didn’t even make our order after an hour after ordering it for 5-10 minute pick up time. This time, they give us the wrong order and then when we told them it’s not ours, they tell us to return it and try to give it to the next person in line who’s order it actually was. Once again, our actual order was never made and this is all occurring over 20 minutes after the scheduled pickup time & 1.5 hours after ordering. Needs SERIOUS help. We will be driving to the one 15 minutes away rather than this one if we ever get it again.

This location has no standards. They don’t care about the quality of the food that they give to people. There is a recipe that they do not follow. If you order slices and sticks, that’s supposed to have the seasoning on the breadsticks or you order a vegetable pizza that’s supposed to have the seasoning on the pizza. They don’t do it. You get a plain half baked product. I ordered a specialty pizza and then I ordered a cheese pizza. My cheese pizza had a nutty smell to it and the sauce was dark and acidic, and the cheese was hard. It wasn’t melted or fresh looking. It looked like the pizza was old. I don’t know why it had a weird smell. The vegetable peaks I ordered my crust was so soggy to the point that it fell apart. There was no seasoning on the pizza like there were supposed to be in the picture or advertisement. Time after time this specific location, you get old stale pizzas, or pizzas that are not what you paid for. They’re always missing something. After this, I will not be back. $20 in the trash.

ZERO stars for this place CUSTOMER BEWARE. Lady with the mask and red tint in her hair that was cutting pizza was taking her hands and arranging the pizza in the box. With No sanitary gloves on. This is AGAINST FDA FOOD CODE . CUSTOMER BEWARE

I am dissatisfied with this location (Wendover, Greensboro). I ordered from work on the App. However, it took 40 minutes to receive my pizza. That is unacceptable. This is not the first time. In the future I will be driving to a LC farther away as I know that they are always prompt at that location.
