Atmosphere didn’t count cause we had take out lol..But was probably the best Lil Ceasers pizza pizza experience in a while..The cashier fella was super nice an very on top of everything. Didn’t have to wait long either! The stuffed crust pepperoni and the stuff crust bacon was off the chain… everything was great! My only complaint is simple that if you buy a pizza then you should at least get 1 garlic dipping sauce per pizza if you purchase a pizza…its 79 cents per dipping sauce or 2 for a $1.50…but thats a small complaint the good definitely outweighed the having to pay for each dipping sauce. So overall I’d definitely recommend this location on S Main Street in front of Walmart the pizza was excellent an my only gripe was u should get 1 dipping sauce per pizza free with purchase

I don’t know what the managers name is but he was super sweet and extremely attentive to everyone walking in and out. Kept checking my food to see if it was ready or not even though I walked in to order. Thank you for my marinara sauce & my Detroit deep dish ! I usually don’t post reviews but I acknowledge people who show respect !! Thank you for being you ! We need more people like you in the world ❤️

We ordered from Little Caesars to provide lunch for our nonprofit organization’s summer program, which serves underprivileged students from kindergarten to sixth grade. We placed a large order of 13 cheese pizzas and 1 pepperoni — and what we received was beyond disappointing.
Each cheese pizza had crusts that were nearly **2.5 inches wide**, with barely any cheese or sauce in the center. The pizzas were dry, undercooked, and frankly, not edible. I would never serve this to children, let alone anyone. What they gave us looked nothing like the photos they advertise. I’ll be contacting corporate and sharing pictures so others can compare the difference for themselves.
To make things worse, the customer service was extremely poor. The staff was visibly annoyed when we placed our large order, and their rudeness was uncalled for. As a respected organization in the High Point community, this experience left a terrible impression — not just of this store, but of the brand overall.
I’ll be reaching out to higher management, and I will make sure our community knows how poorly we were treated. We expected better from a national chain that claims to care about its customers.

Under new management?? The manager said I couldn’t get the green seasoning on my pizza. I offered to pay. There was green seasoning on my pepperoni cheese stick though. If I’m not mistaken they are supposed to have cheese on them.

I asked for extra butter and seasoning…Does anyone else see it ? Funny thing is whoever the manager on duty is said she needed me to prove to her my 4.00 cheesebread I immediately called about upon arriving home and seen the mistake after waiting 20 mins for something that’s stats “Hot & Ready” was dry & unseasoned but ok….idk but I’m good on it. It’s like what are you trying to say? Horrible customer service skills. Here’s your proof

Not really a reflection on this store, just Little Caesars overall. Placed online order for three pizzas delivered. Received one. Called to try and get pizzas, was given a customer support number to call to “request” a refund. No guarantee together it. Never deal with Little Caesars.

i ordered food from here $35 worth & the money came off my card but the manager claim it declined in their system i showed him my bank transactions but he was real rude and wouldn’t give my food and told me take it up with my bank.
