I got my food fast but it looked has if it had been sitting out for an extended period. It said my order would be ready between 4:08 and 4:15 and it was . But it was far from fresh. My colleagues and I are thoroughly disappointed. Usually service is very good. But I dont know what happened this time. Maybe the dude in there was too busy doing his nails to make a fresh pizza. I dont know. But I do know that this trip was a disappointment.

20 minutes later and I still haven’t received my food, what makes matters worse, they weren’t even busy. I was the first car to arrive. Fast and easy? More like slow and hard. That’s what she said.

I had their new garlic crunch crust pizza. The crust was good, but the topping didn’t have enough sauce on it. The cashier at the window was very polite though, and when I was watching the workers work they worked well as a team. I watched one lady going out to give people their food in their cars. She was very polite to the people and was working hard. It was the night before Thanksgiving.

I am not kidding. This has taken 30 minutes for me to get two pizzas and one crazy bread 30 minutes! This is ridiculous and I will never be coming back to this location ever again. I have never been into a little Caesars with such an unpleasant manager, lady who is not very kind and to add she is supposed to be wearing a mask because she has a cough and I watched her with my own two eyes coughed on her hand and then put her mask up and then proceeded to touch other pizza boxes with the same hand without sanitizing anything, to me that sounds like a health hazard but anyways the wait is ridiculous and the drive is not worth it for this weird location.

Ordered online, waited over a half an hour after it said it was ready, asked if I could please have my sauce and the rude woman worker said it was not ordered with it. I said yes it was, with the crazy bread and she snapped saying its not on the paper I wont give it to you. So I had to order another one, and wait another half an hour. Very rude, unfriendly, and honestly worst pizza I have had in a very long time.

Thus is the second time coming on a Sunday. The first time I let it go with burnt pizza. Today ordered 2 pizzas. When I seen it was burnt could not bite into it. This is unacceptable so glad I didn’t tip this time. Will not be coming back rather go to Domino’s or pizza hut.save your time and money don’t go there.

The place was dirty and the manager of the store was rude to me the minute I tried to get my food and refused service to me because all I had was a 50 and proceeded to tell me it wasn’t her problem after I told her it was the only thing I had to pay with and then refused to give me her name and slammed the window of the drive thru and walked away until I left.

Workers are friendly but my order was completely wrong I ordered a Detroit style sticks and slices half pepperoni half cheese and crazy puffs and I didn’t realize until I got home that all they gave me was a regular pepperoni pizza and with a fussy toddler that needed to be fed I didn’t have time to drive back
