Each time I go, the experience is relatively the same. I always go for a hot and ready pick-up (I need to remember to use the app more), and it’s always ready when I get there, or I have to wait a few moments, because I live so close to this location.
This time, I got something I had never had before: some of their Garlic Parmesan wings. They were good, but I had never seen chicken wings smaller than these; they must have come from some kind of dwarf chicken. However, save for their size, they were good, even if they were a bit salty.
I enjoyed my experience, and when I am in a time crunch again, I am sure I will be back!

Thank you so much for getting this place cleaned up. A 99% grade is impressive. In the last few years, the workers used to do some very nasty stuff up in there and wouldn’t wash their hands, even the manager! I called him out on it one day. Now it looks like you have cleaner people in here, and I don’t see that manager here anymore. Keep up the good work!
UPDATE: It seems I was lied to, that a refund was NOT processed the day of the incident, but was actually processed 2 days after I called customer service, which was 10 business days after the actual purchase, and the refund will still take 10-12 business days from the day of the refund. It has now been 20 days since this happened and I don’t have my money back yet.
ORIGINAL POST: I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with a recent transaction I had, I have never had this problem but it has really left a sour taste on Little Ceasar’s. On March 29th I ordered a pizza and some crazy bites for my kids since they were out of school. 45 minutes later I received a message that my order had been cancelled. Firstly there was ZERO reason provided on why it was cancelled. I actually had to call Customer Service to ask why and request a refund. A deliver driver that was not assigned to my order picked up my order in error. Instead of asking the location staff to remake my order and deliver it to me, they cancelled my order and left. I had to place another order which took another 45 minutes. I was expecting the first charge to just fall away since the order was cancelled but I was charged for BOTH orders. In total I was charged more than $70 for what was probably really only $20 worth of food. Each order was $35 and change after taxes fees and tip. Standard bank timing for refunds is 7-10 business days so on the 8th business day I called Customer Service to confirm they did in fact process my refund. They stated that I needed to wait until the 17th to call back. WHAT?! That’s 12 business days, 17 calendar days… that is absolutely ridiculous. So 1. The company needs to rethink their procedure of what to do if someone picks up the wrong order, because simply cancelling it and walking away is wild. 2. 12 business days for a refund is absolutely criminal. 2. No one should be charged for cancelled orders. Orders should be a pending charge and cancelled order charges should just fall away. And 3. No one, NO ONE, has offered me any sort of compensation, not a coupon, not a discount, not a free pizza, not a free drink, nothing. Nothing at all considering I have now been forced to pay more than $70 for a pizza. I am not a wealthy person, I live paycheck to paycheck and this was a treat for my kids on their spring break. Do better please.
