I’ve gotten 4 pizzas from here and all 4 have been barely warm, and the last one I got I had to wait 30 mins for a pizza that once a again was just kinda warm, and as you can see from the photos I barely even got sauce or bread…. Also they can’t pick up the phone

Lazy worker’s instead of making your food fresh they use hot and readys add other toppings to it and attempt to “cook it” fresh to order and that still takes 45 minutes to an hour to be ready and the toppings will still be raw, raw bread sticks raw cheesebread. This is got to be hands down the worst Little Caesars I’ve ever had,this place need to be closed or reported to corporate and a new owner need to take over because this places is straight garbage i will never eat here again… update- it’s still trash pizza they won’t respond to bad ratings only good one’s which is BS. last time I was i literally watched an employee drop some pizza bite things on the floor and put back in the box and tried to serve it to a customer I had to tell that customer that he dropped it or he would’ve gave that old lady nasty floor pizza I will be contacting the health inspector and hopefully they’ll shut this place down i can just imagine how many times they have served food they dropped on the floor to customer’s . I ordered 2 orders of Buffalo Wings and a regular pizza. It was not busy and I was still told to pull up to the white line. I waited over 30 minutes for a young girl to bring my order to my vehicle.
I drove home and both orders of my wings were just plain wings. After, waiting over 30 minutes and they still screwed up my order.
I tried to call the store 3 times and it just ring and ring with no answer. So, I am having to go onto their website to leave a review about my experience. Poor excuse of customer service.

Got there at 7pm. They said be 5 minutes
35 minutes later got my cold food. There ticket said I placed order at 7. Mt airy location is a joke. Never going back!

Not sure what goes on here but moving pizzas out the door isn’t it. I have watched 7 people in the drive through drive off. This is pitiful. Maybe someone should open up a pizza place in Mount Airy that can service the people.

Good food. I worry about cleanliness when I step inside! Seriously dirty. I have added photos from August 2024. There are dead flies all over the window sills. Live flys all about. You don’t see the maggots, but you know they are there because the fly population life cycle is obvious. All the surfaces are disgusting. Even the caution wet floor sign is filthy. Customers should never have to see any of this crap . Who the hey owns this dump? Get some pride for goodness sake.
