The guy with the red hair that stands at the front that looks like he’s lost needs to go get a job where he’s not dealing with customers. At least he looked better this time. Last time, he looked like a drunk Muppet. This store needs a new GM on down. It was busy, but not so busy that you should have to wait 30 minutes for pizza. And why isn’t the hot and ready pizza is never hot and ready. They need a guy with experience running the show.

It’s lunch time. Get a 30 min lunch. Go in and nothing is ready 8-10 wait on a large pizza or a lunch combo. With it being lunch, why not have some stuff ready? How hard is it to prepare for a lunch rush? Plus the score was a 89%. So needless to say I didn’t wait!

Awful, just plain awful. Sanitation grade is 86. If I hadn’t already ordered and paid online, I’d have left. My pizza was just ok, but my crazy bread was stale and cut into the weirdest shapes. Some were so small that the edges were so burnt you couldn’t even eat them. Looked like they’d cooked them once and heated them back up to sell. Shameful whoever runs this place.

I placed an online order and it was way overpriced, the fees were more than the food, it was 15 minutes late and was cold as if it had been refrigerated! I requested sauce on the order and there wasn’t any. I would definitely not recommend anyone order anything from them! Never again

We were staying at Pilot Knob Inn and wanted some Little Caesars. I walked in and thought wow this place isn’t the best kept, but ordered anyway. The boys working there were kind of grungy, and one of the girls sounded like she had Bronchitis, with no mask on. Pretty much all the employees were “hanging out” in the back. The place definitely needs some deep cleaning and some paint. Now to the pizza, We got the deep dish, the order was correct, and 90% of the pizza was done, but the center was still raw. But the rest of the pizza was good. I think maybe things in there could use some improvements all the way around, just a thought from an out of state visitor.

This is the best and only little Caesars i have ever been to! I always order on the app because no one ever answers the phone, but i don’t mind! My pizza is always delicious and made to perfection! I live in Winston, and the North Point location is closer to me, but i absolutely refuse to go there anymore! So i drive to King for my pizza! Everything is better in King from little Caesars to McDonald’s to bojangles and Wendy’s! I’d love to move to King and get out of Winston!
