Best pick up and go location I’ve been to. They’re usually earlier than projected time and not once have I been in there and the associates have ignored me or been inappropriate “cause they’re in the back room”.
Great, quick, easy, AFFORDABLE option on those days you’re beat and cooking just isn’t in the cards.

Rude cashier at 8pm (young, short brunette). Ordered hot n’ ready and it took 35 min. We were told 10. When we asked how much longer it would be, she rudely said, it’s in the oven! I worked at LC for 4 years so I def know how long it takes to make a pizza.

This location is convenient as it is close to home. When they first opened and for a few months after, there were issues getting through to place an order, or the order being done correctly or on time. The last year has been pretty solid and much better than they previously were.

Dropping stars because they have been extremely rude the last few times and hardly ever answer the phone. Today (06/23/2018) they apparently ran out of some supplies and had a small sign up in the store (didn’t know this before I drove all the way there because they didn’t answer the phone for the 30 minutes leading up to me going). Girl working front was rude about it, as if the customers would have known that and read their tiny sign written in pencil. Argh. This place needs some better management and customer service. I tried the last few times to give them the benefit of the doubt…

On 2/6/21. I placed a order on your website. I was unaware as i usually do not. Order online that there was a issue. That my order was made through Deal dash. When i called just to make sure it was placed to the right place, i was told no that you dont deliver. I asked that i be refunded. I was told No you have to go through door dash for refund. Before i could ask how to contact them 1. I was hung up on. 2 when i called right back the female employee ( orginal was male). She was rude, talked over me, raised her voice and ended the call with “omg and hung up. I again called back x 3 only to have staff pick up the phone n immediately hang up. I called from another number same female answered and was extremely disrespectful. I asked for Mgn and was told Tough. I asked for name and number for their D. M and was told good luck getting it. I even apologized for my not understanding needing go through deal dash etc. I did make mention that i had been a D.M several years ago and I would Not have allowed such behaviour from my staff.!!!! I again got Good For You and hung up on by the staff. I have sent Corp a email. N i am now posting this.

I standing in the BFS waiting for my pizza when one I noticed an employee grab her own butt and just stood there and shook it with her hands, then she picked the wedgie she just gave herself, grabbed a pizza then handed it to one of the other people waiting. She had her back facing towards us so it was pretty obvious. I don’t know what that was about, maybe she saw a hot guy and wanted to flaunt it, who knows. 5 dollar pizza though, hot and ready.
