Placed an online order, everything was pulled to one side as if they dropped it or slid it in roughly to the box. One side of the box ( the side all the toppings were) was covered in grease to show how it was against the box. Called in to say be more careful in the future. No refunds needed, just displeased.

Placed order 4 hours prior to picking it up when picked up was supposed to be 3 pepperoni and cheese 1 sausage and 1 cheese pizza. They left out the sausage and gave us 2 cheese. All 5 pizzas was missing SAUCE….. come on now how you not going to put the sauce on my pizza

It’s not a high-end pizza place but it’s good for a cheap, quick bite. I ordered 4 pizzas online, including the pretzel crust pepperoni pizza and they were all good and we’re ready to pick up at the estimated time.
My only complaint is that my order was brought to the drive thru window (I could almost reach it) but I had to wait while the clerk took another order. It seems like she could have told them “I’ll be with you in just a minute” and handed me my order, which was already paid for and ready to go. But she was friendly and all else was fine.

Normally I would give this location at least 4 stars but tonight after a 5 hour drive home we stopped to locked doors at 8:45 pm. I was able to make a mobile order and go through the drive through. My order is still not ready. When told to wait out front I asked if someone was going to bring it out since the doors are locked and the dark haired girl assured me she would. I’m not sure what’s going on but a sign at the least on the door would have been considerate. There were several walk ups from the neighborhood who had to walk through the drive through, which I believe may be a violation of some sort. I will be contacting corporate support as well. This is concerning for those who are not fortunate enough to have a vehicle and an inconvenience to a family of 4 with a 3 year old autistic daughter after again, 5 hour drive. Let’s not leave out the gigantic hole in the drive through that could easily cause rim damage if you were unaware of the crater that consumed my other low profile car’s front bumper and rim. When our food finally came we asked for a side of banana peppers because honestly I felt like an inconvenience and forgot to ask when told to wait out front… Where the employee promptly allowed my husband inside to pay extra even after this ordeal. We’re finally on our way home with hot and ready pizza at 9:02 pm.

I have never been to a more cleaner Lil Caesars from here to Port Orange, FL and I loved that. I mean one could basically eat off their floors, (not suggesting that). The pizzas were tasty yet a wonky cut. The staff was nice. Great experience!!!

The food is always exceptional for its price the wait when they are busy is minimal and no orders have been incorrect to date. What would make it a 5/5 I’d if they’d do my request to put the pizza back in half way to make mine well done. Otherwise everything about this store is wonderful for fast pizza.
