WE ORDERED ONLINE A SIMPLE CLASSIC ITALIAN SAUSAGE AND A CLASSIC CHEESE PIZZA. 2 CLASSICS! WHAT WE RECEIVED WAS AWFUL PIZZA THAT AS YOU CAN SEE BY THE PHOTO DOESN’T EVEN STAND UP ON ITS OWN BECAUSE THE CRUST IS SO THIN, THE PIZZA IS EXTREMELY GREASY, AND IT’S DISGUSTINGLY SOGGY! WE CALLED TO DISCUSS OUR EXPERIENCE AND TO ASK THEM TO REMAKE IT BECAUSE IT WAS SO BAD AND WE WERE TOLD THE PIZZAS WOULD ONLY BE MADE THIN IF WE ORDERED THEM THIN AND HUNG UP ON EVEN THOUGH WE NICELY EXPLAINED WHAT THE ISSUE WAS. SO MY HUSBAND DROVE THE PIZZAS BACK TO REQUEST THEM TO REMAKE IT AND WHOEVER THE GUY WAS THAT HUNG UP WITH US APOLOGIZED FOR HANGING UP, AND THEY DID REMAKE THE PIZZAS, BUT THEY HAVE THE EXACT SAME ISSUE!! WHEN MY HUSBAND HELD UP A SLICE OF THE PIZZA AND SAID, THIS IS THE ISSUE… WHY IS IT LIKE THIS? THEY SIMPLY SAID, THAT’S HOW THE PIZZAS ARE BEING MADE TODAY.. LIKE WHAT?! We ordered the slices/sticks combos for a fast cheap dinner, and it was absolutely disgusting. The bread was warm but definitely not cooked. The pizza was sloppy and disgusting. I usually like Little Caesar’s but not this location. I wouldn’t feed it to my dog and it’s dead

I tried placing an order online at 925pm and they say they currently weren’t taking orders. I tried calling them and the customer rep said this location is about to close in 30 minutes (I’m 10 minutes away) and they were only accepting walk in orders, then hung up on me after after I said: Thats a little silly isn’t it?”

Hot n ready Pizza was really hard and probably too old had to be setting there all day and ther woman working was unbelievably rude and I tried to call back to let them know Pizza was old and hard and they put me on hold and wouldn’t answer me back by far the worst service person ever they need to start keeping FRESH hot ready Pizza not old hard ones …..SMH

Okay let’s first start off by saying I was an employee here at the cross lanes little Caesars from my experience and what I’ve witnessed alone I’ve noticed a lot of attitudes from managers I’ve noticed they vape yes I’m guilty of that myself when I was working there but when you’re manager is being the leader of the crew and is simply not giving off the right lead then others are gonna follow thinking hm must be okay no it shouldn’t ever be okay to vape while making someones food atleast I’ve took my vaping habits in the back of the store not right around the food I was serving common sense.
I have not once seen anyone wash their freakin hands since I’ve worked there and I was there for nearly a month that is a good way of getting someone Ill and is a health safety violation duh also let’s point out their lack of focus on helping others succeed cause yes it isn’t hard to learn how to properly make pizzas but it’s also a job and their job to help make sure the employee fully understands no their excuses is overrated absolutely. Poor place to work for and I’ve known to try my best when I was there that’s all take care.
