Don’t pay any attention to the negative reviews. This Little Caesars may be understaffed, but damn they make an awesome pizza. Don’t whine if your hot and ready takes a few extra minutes. Are you really going to complain about people who work hard to make you an amazing pizza, yet get paid peanuts for the work that they do? Little Caesars disappeared for a good while, but damn did they come back strong. I’m simply blown away by how good their pizza is and what a great value it is. Make sure you tip them well. They deserve it!

I use to go here every week for my kid. However the service has went downhill. They rarely have HOT AND READY pizza. If you go to the drive thru it takes forever to place an order and then when you do you will be told “pull forward” as if the pizza is ready. When you get to the window you are told it will about 10-15 mins for it to be ready. I even asked the girl one time why didn’t you tell me that at the speaker I probably would have said never mind, she just said ‘oh im sorry’. So when you pull around and wait for the pizza that’s when you realize that it’s like 7 other cars waiting for pizza so there is no way you’re going to get one in 10 to 15 minutes because those people were ahead of you. Plus the line of people waiting inside. So I thought why not order the pizza online in the future when I did that and I got the notification that the pizza was ready. I go to the store only to be told my pizza is not ready even though I’ve given them 30 plus minutes for the pizza to be ready. I have literally ordered a Papa John pizza and got a ready notification while waiting in the drive thru to have my order taken here. Management needs to pull it together. My last gripe is the one girl at the drive-thru that before she swiped your card for payment she asks do you want to give a tip. I’m sorry for what???

We received the worst service and most skimpy toppings on a stuffed crust pizza this past weekend. Tammy H, the Cashier, had a HORRIBLE Attitude! It seemed like she was put out to take our order and the toppings turned out to be almost non existent. We thought about returning it to have this addressed but we were fearful that if they exchanged it, it might be spit on, if it hadn’t already been. This was the WORST $14.51 ever spent at this store. This was a shameful experience, especially with Tammy H.

The place had only been open about 10 minutes or so and I was expecting super hot pizzas and they weren’t. Very disappointed. Got charged for 4 pizzas instead of 2 but was refunded with no issues. The young lady was very kind.

This is unfortunately a very awful establishment. They cannot seem to get people who want to work. Today we sat in drive thru for 20 mins. Part of the time was because the window cleaner decided he wanted to stand in the drive thru and clean windows while there were at least 5 cars waiting at this point behind me. I was third in line and waited about 20 mins in the line. Was pulled for food and no one came out after sitting an additional 10 minutes. When I went inside, they clearly had food prepared just didn’t remember they pulled us or too lazy to come out. THEN I get my food, and it is cold and the wrong order. Do not waste your time or money here.

My vehicle is snowed in has been for the last week. I placed an order and paid for that order over the app. Once I realized I couldn’t get my car out I called the restaurant. They told me what I paid for was not available then proceeded to say I can get a refund or a large pizza. Since then I have called every day waited for over 30min on the phone some days to request my refund or get my pizza and no one picks up. Pretty ridiculous.
