Almost every time I go there they tell me it will be a “45 minute wait” for pizza. Always the same story, and always an empty parking lot with nobody in the drive through. It is pure laziness inside the store and they tell you that when they just don’t want to make your pizza. I have been told this the last 9 times I have been there. On the off chance you ARE able to get a pizza, it is super rubbery and either too cooked or not cooked enough. When they first re-opened after their remodel it was good service, fast, professional, good pizza, almost comparable to Domino’s. Now, it has just went right back to the way it was before, with terrible management, terrible low effort employees, and terrible service. In fact, there was a time a few months ago were I was stuck in the drive through for over an hour (because as you know if you have been there, once you go in the drive through, there’s only one way out and that is forward.) and when I got to the window, they told me it was going to be a 45 minute wait for 2 pepperoni pizzas. Come on, I think we all know it doesn’t take 45 minutes to cook a couple of pepperoni pizzas in a commercial oven.
On one hand I can understand why, because they probably selfishly pay their employees minimum wage just like every other greedy fast food franchise in this state, but on the other hand, it IS your job to provide quality food, quality service, and when people actually need it, not when it is convenient for you to do your jobs. Do better.

Well, ordering online was a breeze, but my excitement quickly turned into disappointment when I unpacked my food. Despite shelling out for two sauces for my breadsticks, I received one that was barely half full and the other looked like it was on a diet. The “fresh” cheese pizza must have been sunbathing under the heat lamp for hours, tasting as dry and lifeless as cardboard. Cutting through the crust was like trying to break into a fortress. And don’t get me started on the pepperoni pizza – it looked like it had been sliced blindfolded. Needless to say, I won’t be giving them a second chance and wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. What a waste of money!

I love going to this little Caesar’s! They have great hot and ready deals, and it never takes long! My favorite quick and painless dinner option, especially after work!

Called and ordered two pizzas, wings and cheese bread. Both pizzas were barely cooked! I called to tell them and they told me I could bring the boxes and the pizzas back tomorrow and exchange them. Like… seriously?!?! Exchange pizzas?! I’ll be returning their boxes and pizzas tomorrow in exchange for my money back!

Beware pizza fans. Little Caesars is apparently okay with giving molded product to their customers. When I showed a picture to the manager on shift at the Staunton Va location he acted like he still didn’t believe me. Then proceeded to hand me a $1 bill out of the drawer. He “couldn’t refund anything else because it was only one item”. How do I know that? I was so scared to eat after this. This is ridiculous. And after I brought this to their attention they continued to offer marinara to other customers. If that was my business I wouldn’t have been offering it to anyone else until I checked through everything. Sad that businesses feel like they need to act like this. Very disappointed and will not be eating here anymore

They should put up a sign saying they close at 9:20 because after 9:20 they only serve basic pepperoni pizza and there are never any wings, Because they’re getting ready to close.

I used to go here all the time but the last time I went they forgot my pizza so I had to go back into get it remade. when I got home the dough was not done and I had already waited 30 mins for a pizza i was so over it when I got home. I tried to go there yesterday but going through the drive through the place looks disgusting. It looked so bad I drove across town to go to dominos bc it was so gross. I don’t expect things to be perfect but it’s just simply gross there.

I drive 10 miles one way just to order from this store because the one in Waynesboro is nasty, the people that work there are dirty with dirt under his nails and the store has a dirty vibe when you enter the store. Some of the employees are rude and treat the customers like crap. I’d rather drive to Staunton for my food then to eat at the Waynesboro location!
