I preorder the pizza online .. went in once it stared the pizza was being packaged .. waited for about 45 seconds before being acknowledged. The pizza was not in the portal. While waiting has to listen to rap music with vulgar language being played in the kitchen but was loud enough to be heard clearly in the lobby area.. not professional, vulgar music with foul language ..

I recently visited Little Caesars for a takeout lunch, and overall, it was a solid experience. The food was great—hot, fresh, and out fast, which I really appreciated. While it’s a bit pricier than I expected, the quality makes it worth it. The service was excellent as well; the staff was friendly and efficient, making the experience pleasant.
However, there are a couple of downsides. The online ordering system and the phone lines seem to be down more often than they should be, which is frustrating. It’s especially inconvenient because promotions are only available through online orders, so when the system is down, those deals are off the table. Aside from these issues, everything else is pretty much on point. If they can improve their online systems, it would make for an even better experience.

My husband and I purchased 14 pizzas online to have for a party. I had to wait extra 15 mins which was understandable. But then he just sit all the pizzas up on the counter and said here you go, I would help you out if I wasn’t busy and then walked off. A kind lady waiting for her order helped me out. I’m just saying after we gave them good business he could have took 1 min to help carry pizzas to my car or at least held the door for me.

My daughter and son in law order from you guys in the portal maybe 3 days a week if not more they live 30 minutes or more away. Yall fix their pizza wrong every time how hard is it to make a cheese pizza just with cheese. Then yall say bring it back it’s a 30 minute drive or more. My son in law can’t eat meat and yall seem to put pepperoni on it every time it’s a cheese pizza. Wake up people yall are going to make someone very sick or kill them

Very clean, very friendly staff, always on time with order, pizzas are done right compared to other Little Caesars I’ve been to around the area. Always welcoming when entering the store. Easily accessible with plenty of parking. Recommended!

In the past I’ve had issues with the pizzas not being symmetrical. Sounds like it’s no big deal, but if one side is thicker it cooks slower. The inconsistency was a big turn off, but this seems to not be an issue since the summer of 2022. The pizzas come out much better this year the circle is not an oval. The dough is stretched properly and the pepperonis are evenly distributed across the pie. Keep up the good work guys
