We just picked up a stuffed supreme and a 5 meat pizza! Total was 30.29, we got home and the stuff supreme was fresh however the 5 meat was old you could taste the staleness! Called back and asked to speak to the manager (Katie P) and she got all pissed saying she just personally made it! Yea maybe at noon. Then she proceeded to say “didn’t I speak to you yesterday’ as if I eat little ceasers everyday! I told her to check her caller ID! She got mad and hung up on me! So I figured I give her a glowing review!!! you can clearly see the difference in the quality in the picture

Unfortunately, this location is employed mostly by young people. Therefore, no respect, no acknowledgment, no service. It’s sad. You walk in, and someone may come over 5 minutes later and always with an attitude. I have even heard them playing rock, paper, and scissors because neither wanted to help the customer!! I know 5 minutes doesn’t seem like long, but that’s unacceptable when there are 5 employees in the store. The regional manager should be fired. Looking back at reviews, this place has never had a good “time.” It’s bad at 6 years ago, 4 years, 2 years, 8 months, 4 months…. complete disgrace. ♀️ Hot & Ready is supposed to be fast, not an hour later and sometimes the same, even with a call ahead!!
Edit: I wanna add. It was very clean up front. I’m not sure about it in the back, but the front of the store was clean. The only thing that could be improved would be maybe a bench or a few chairs for people that sit and the box is in the corner we’re stacked up. Those could be put up somewhere, but they’re not a problem, and I honestly didn’t really notice it

Never hot and ready as advertised. Came two Friday nights and its always “ you have to wait 10 – 15 minutes.” Are you kidding?? A line of cars on a Friday night in a college town and you don’t have any pizza already made recently? They always have an attitude too.

7:15pm there isnt any hot and ready pizzas. They are just standing around inside doing nothing. The entire parking lot is full of people waiting on a pizza! No bread sticks available or anything. 20 minute wait! Dont go here, staff at the window couldnt care less for your business. Dont waste your time.

Stopped by to order dinner. There was a small line. However took my order at the screen. Get to the window and then they take my order again as if I didn’t just order. After accepting my money they then tell me it will be at least 15 minutes and I will then have to come inside when my buzzer went off.

Apparently a 5 Meat Feast with extra cheese is almost $20 and not the advertised price of $12. I understand charging a little extra for cheese. But that’s ridiculous. And the only explanation I received was, “well, prices increase.” Yea, not almost $8 in a month, from the last time I purchased this exact pizza from this exact location. This will be the last time I visit this location. And corporate will be made aware of this. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Not to mention, the quality of the pizza was garbage. As you can also see, the person incorrectly rang this order up as well.

I may not be Little Caesars biggest fan but the pepperoni cheesers cheesers is by far the best pizza I’ve had from this joint. This is one of the top 5 pepperoni pizzas I’ve ever had from a fast food chain. The mozzarella tastes great, the sauce is good and the crust is sprinkled with asiago and parmesan cheese as well. The dry basil leaves add a kick to the taste. It’s all very satisfying, and the quality you’re getting for the price is outstanding. If you’ve never had a pizza from Little Caesars then I recommend you start with this one.

Well I had to wait forever for a cheese pizza, somebody comes in AFTER me and has to wait next thing I know they bringing her out 3 pizzas and drive thru is just pulling on through without a wait. Finally get my cheese pizza and it’s not even piping hot like it’s been sitting and then I get it home and there’s more crust than cheese or sauce.

Pulled up in drivethru around 6pm..wanted 2 large simple classic peperoni pizza, that’s all. Was told it would be a 50 minute wait. The car in front of me was told The same. What happened to Hot and Ready pizza at a normal dinnertime!!??
