My order was heard correctly and repeated back correctly, but they only charged for the food and didn’t add the drink into the system until I repeated again that I needed a 2 littler Dr Pepper. From how the cashier explained it sounds like this is how they regularly complete orders resulting in leaving off drinks regularly. If they understand the order it needs to be accurately put in the system the first time.

Good enough most of the time. They only terms to do a subset of the hot and ready options. A couple of times they’ve forgotten our sauce or mixed us up with another order. Having the drive through is nice.

This food is on the lower end compared to other Little Caesar’s franchises. The “extra most bestest” is the worst pizza I’ve had in a while. From our order pictured below, the cheese was not well-melted, the pizza is poorly cut, and it had an unpleasant after taste. The crazy bread was extremely soggy and tasted flavorless despite the added marinara sauce. In combination, I felt extremely sick in the stomach and had an urge to throw up after eating this meal. I went to Cold Stone creamery to quench the terrible aftertaste : )

My boyfriend and I went to Little Caesars this past Saturday ( 3/18/23) to pick up some pizza. We arrived around 630pm-700pm and the place was busy inside and outside and it definitely didn’t help that Little Caesars was short handed. We put in our order and we were given a beeper so that we would be altered as to when our order was ready and the employee told us our wait time would probably be around 15 mins he guessed. So we waited in our car. It had been 15 mins so we pulled up to the window and asked if our order was ready the employee looked around all over as if he had no clue what he was looking for then came back to the window and said a few more mins. 10 more mins went by and our beeper went off we pulled back up to the window and got our food!!! The pizzas were made fresh but to me they were just not that good they were ok. Now my boyfriend seemed to really like it and my dad did also.. most of the time the pizza is pretty decent at Little Caesars.

Horrible. Ignored 5 phone calls from me over the course of an hour to place my order ahead of time. 3 men working in the store, and they did not seem so busy that they could not answer the phone. So I had to wait 30 minutes for my food when I could have placed it ahead of time. So irritating!

Online isn’t a priority. Placed an order in the app and then arrived waiting for my ready notification. Could hear multiple people in drive thru ordering what I did and getting theirs instantly. After 25 mins I went in and the staff literally just pulled a pizza and bread from the stock pile they had of ready food and I left.

Tried the Quattro pizza … pretty decent. The crazy bread were not good enough though, so I would not recommended them. Overall I gave this 4 stars because the quality is ok and the prices are low.
