Very busy place. I went here with my granddaughter and did not pre order. We were in no great hurry. It seemed like only a few moments to us but the concerns of the staff were on providing fast service. The bottom line is their desire to give timely professional service turned into a free portion of crazy bread and an apology for having to wait. We appreciate the concern,we appreciate the free bread and we appreciate you didn’t just want our money. We will be back. Thank you for wanting to be a company that really cares.

Joseph was absolutely great! He was very polite, well-mannered, and went out of his way to help me order in the best way possible so I could get the most bang for my buck. I’ve been to this location before and had poor service, but Joseph completely changed my impression. His customer service was excellent, and he made the experience genuinely enjoyable. If I owned a Little Caesars I would definitely want him as the face of my business.

What happened to the crazy bread. Its just bread. Used to be covered in parm looking buttery and soft. The bag would have an oil layer in it. That was good bread sticks. This is crap, dark brown, tough, no flavor , topping barely visible, dry lookin! The deep dish bread sticks are better then the crazy bread now.

I visited Little Caesars and initially received a very cold pizza. As soon as I called to let them know—right after my husband brought it home—the staff member on duty was very understanding and asked me to come in. When I arrived, they provided fast, friendly service and replaced it with a fresh pizza. The new pizza was hot, delicious, and much appreciated. Thank you for making it right!

There needs to be a rating below one star. Honestly can not believe this place remains in business. Excellent location. No clue what the issues are, but it is horrible in every way. They are always extremely slow..but the location great and slyes we grab this cheap pizza on occasion for that reason. Hot and ready does not exist at this location though. It has progressively gotten worse. They have gone from “ok, they are slow” to they honestly appear to give no efforts or cares at even serving pizza at all. A couple months ago wife called in an order for pizza knowing how slow they are, arrives and still waits 30 minutes. Last night I pull in the drive through…they were not busy. Employee leaning on counter playing on phone sees me and just stands there doing nothing but playing on cell phone for about two min before coming to take my order. I obviously pissed her off stopping by for pizza..is the vibes she gave. I order two cheese and two peps..she looks at me like I’m nuts and says it will be OVER AN HOUR WAIT. I said well give me 4 of what ever is hot and ready like the sign says…she again says EVERYTHING will be an hour wait. I call ginos down the street order four pizzas..they were made fresh and ready in 15. I’m done giving this little ceasares location any more chance. They are horrible. No clue what the issue is at this location..but LC should can their franchise or something.

Understaffed employees don’t care they should just close this location because it under preform. Its way better options for pizza in that area to deal with this service just pay the extra $1 or $2 and get treated like a human being from a company that deserves your hard earned money. Ppl avg 45mins-1 hr wait longer than your pickup time. This one and Forrest Hill one made me stop supporting this business.

Came in as a dasher . They had a lobby of 6-7 ppl waiting on their order because they had a big order of like 10 pizzas. & thats understandable . But whats not understandable is not having someone come and greet new customers walking in or reassuring that someones order was being worked on. I had to wait 25+ minutes and in those 25 minutes nobody came out to lobby to check if there is a new customer or reassure . I watched multiple walk out the lobby and saying nevermind . And as a dasher my order shouldve been prioritized. The only one that came to reassure and get things moving was the short caucasian man with the eyebrow piercing and im sorry I didnt get his name . I didnt want to ask for him to think I was leaving a bad review on him. Im not sure if we was the store manager , if he isnt he needs to be one !!! Because he is the ONLY one out of the other individuals who showed empathy & compassion and apologized for the wait. Which I appreciated because the other works acted like they couldnt see nobody or hear anybody walk in!!!! – 2:35 pm 09/09/2025

Very good Peperoni Pizza w/ stuffed crust. Hot & Ready when they said it would be. Service was very friendly. Prices are reasonable. I don’t recommend the breads ticks though. The sauce was delicious but the bread was tough to chew.

Joseph was such a great help! We came in to order and he suggested food items to order. Great customer service. I noticed he was running the front and the back of the store making sure everyone was taken care of. I will definitely be back.
